I was unfortunately involved in an accident with a company truck making an illegal U-turn. Southwest Legal Group was referred to me by a family member and I'm glad I took their advice. The staff was very attentive to my questions and they are also bilingual which was a great benefit to my previous family members who worked with them. The case did take some time but after I sat with the attorney I understood what really goes on with bigger accidents that doesn't allow them to be resolved instantly. I appreciate all the help they were able to provide me and my case.

I was involved in a terrible accident 6/12/12 and I didn't know what to do. My friend recommended Southwest Legal Group and I'm glad he did. I'm happy with the settlement I received. It took longer than I expected but I received more than I thought I would get. So it balanced out and I have nothing to complain about. Service was good and every time I called in my questions were answered.

Amazing service!!! I was a passenger in a car that collided with another vehicle. Within two days, I contacted Dunnion and they sent someone to to my home (this was pre-Covid of course) to check on my wellbeing that afternoon. Following that initial conversation, I was contacted by Dinis Delja. Dinis and his staff were vigilant and attentive to my needs and well being. In December, 2018, I was involved in a very serious automobile accident that was not my fault. My car was totaled. My father once told me if I ever hired an attorney and he wasn't an a..hole, fire him. I'm glad I didn't heed his advice. I've twice needed personal injury representation and hired GJEL Accident Attorneys. The people there, from the reception desk to the partners, are all nice people. I was injured in a car accident & after having no luck getting threw to the other persons insurance company, my insurance company not being any help either, months of nothing, I reached out for their help. Their team is amazing, very professional & friendly. They put me at ease in a very uncomfortable situation for me. They where very flexible & understanding with my schedule of working 3 Jobs & made all appointments convenient for me. My first meeting with them they actually came to me at one of my jobs during my lunch break. They where always communicating with me & honesty made me feel like I was top priority. Braid guided my elderly parents through the legal maze of deciding the best course of action on an auto accident claim that could have led to a savings-draining lawsuit. I had an accident on July of 2019 on the San Mateo Bridge , I was rear ended in the fast lane coming from Hayward to San Mateo.I retained Leonard Becker as my Attorney. That was the absolute worst Attorney to pick ithe end I was never informed n all of the Bay Area.This Attorney took 23 months to finally settle this case then after all this time I come out with 2,000 dollars. I would never recommend this Attorney to Anyone

Mark was thorough in his follow through and attention to my case. The only issue was in my case settlement exception which was set way to high based on we actually ended up receiving in the end. Ended up settling for less than 50% of what we had discussed due to the insurance company not moving and us not wanting to go to court once the costs for that process were discussed

I was in a car accident and was planning to handle my small personal injury case myself. I asked Mark Rosenberg to take a look at my demand letter. At this point I was stressed and tired of dealing with this myself, not always knowing the next step. Mark looked at the details of the case and felt that I could get more than I was asking for. He agreed to take the case. This was a huge load off my mind. I was represented by Mr. Sumner in a case involving a truck that had struck me while on my bicycle . His outstanding skillset included an in-depth legal understanding, an easy to understand approach and, most importantly, an ability to get me to verbalize my story. Even though the opposing council was excessively aggressive and, at times, insulting to me, Mr. Sumner maintained a respectful and sympathetic view of the trucker; always respectful and the way I wanted to be represented. Needless to say, even after 3 weeks of court days filled with evidence and testimony, a unanimous jury found the trucker at fault. Mr. Sumner is how all lawyers should behave, a pleasure to work with and someone, I hope never to have to call again for the right reason; i don't ever want to experience the trauma I went through.

I am a 71 year old, female bicyclist who was hit by a car in October of 2018 and suffered some pretty severe injuries. I hired Scott Sumner, The Pedal Lawyer, after being dissatisfied with the first lawyer I hired for my personal injury lawsuit. Communicating with Scott and his senior legal assistant, Cynthia Byrd was like night and day in comparison to the first lawyer.
