Well the initial phone call are very well handled. But the follow up is very poor. It makes you feel uncomfortable to call and explain the situation to start. And since most of us don't deal with attorneys we feel pretty embarrassed to ask if we have a case. Not only did they not take the time to call back and tell you the truth about what there decision is they don't care to take just any case. I guess if its not worth big money they wont help you.
