I couldn’t be more complimentary of the professionalism and care Panish Shea and Boyle took with my family during this process that was not desirable. They cared. You could tell. They listened. They executed and carried out every single thing they said they would do for us and then some. Every single person we dealth with was top of the line. Our attorney, David was so instrumental in us dealing with this process. He was overly communicative. He educated us. We never felt lost or in the dark. AMAZING ATTORNEY and highly recommended. I hope we never run into a life changing event where we need to be represented but I know who I’m going to and who I’m referring. Class A organization from top to bottom!

I reached out to this firm today because of the positive reviews and seemingly good fit in expertise. After I described my situation to the man who answered the phone, I got a rather curt response. Nothing wrong if they don't handle that type of case but the condescending attitude and and total lack of professionalism on that call was absolutely unnecessary and uncalled for. I asked if he could kindly perhaps give me some direction to the type of firm or maybe even a colleague that might be a fit and was hung up on. Maybe they are competent but the lack of empathy and professionalism of their staff is alarming. I'm moving on.

My point of contact was Jessie Creed, from the first time we met we had belief that our case was going to be handled professionally and with care. They did not disappoint, not only were we kept in the loop and updated all this took place during a covid pandemic. The firm was reassuring and far exceeded our expectations. This review has to deal mainly with Connor, who has been handling the settlement portion if my case for the last couple of months. Unfortunately, prior to him taking over the matter, my case settlement had been delayed repeatedly and gotten lost in the shuffle. Connor took over the matter and set things right! He has been incredible in keeping in contact with me and providing timely updates. He is someone who actually cares about the people he helps, something that is all too rare these days. Another rare quality He has is that he actually listens to you when you speak and shows genuine empathy for people. You aren't just a number for him. I was slowly losing hope when it comes to lawyers, doctors, etc., but thankfully he was able to restore a little of my faith in people. Had it not been for Connor, I don't know where things would be. He's honest and tries his best to make sure you are taken care of! I hope and pray that Farzam Law keeps him on staff and hires more people like him, as empathy and being genuine are two things that you can't teach someone!

So grateful for Kyle and his amazing team. His law firm represented me in a 3 car accident when my kids and I were hit from behind while on the freeway. It was by far one of the most traumatic events I’ve experienced because one of the cars fled the scene. Kyle and his assistant Jasmin were there for me through the entire ordeal. I'd been involved in a car accident on a Thursday evening. I had my first appointment scheduled with Reza the following Tuesday morning. That's a pretty quick response time. Reza made me feel at ease, and he was very personable. The accident happened at work, and he handled the insurance, my employer, and even dealt with the police. He was always quick to respond to my texts and was in constant communication with me. I've been so stressed out from my injuries, and my family has been caring for me, and Reza has eased my stress. You don't have Glassdoor account so this is the only place I can share my review so applicants and prospective clients would be aware. I was an employee for Citywide Law Group for two days, I sent a copy of a document to a client (while checking and letting know the supervising attorney about it before sending it out) , because every case is the client's case and the client should always know and confirm what form is being sent on their behalf and what is going on in their case. I got a very shocked response from the supervising attorney that YOU DON'T SEND A COPY TO THE CLIENT. Why shouldn't client know what's going on in the case? Why is that a secret? I have enough experience and knowledge about American Bar Association (ABA) rules conducting communication with the clients to know that you ALWAYS send a copy to the client and should ALWAYS be transparent with everything going on in the case with clients. 10 minutes later, I got a call from the partners letting me go for not being a good fit for the position. I have enough experience to know from the field's experts and ethical practices that this is neither ethical nor moral practice. I'm glad I got a chance to be aware of how unethical this practice is early on, and I want the prospective clients to ALWYS ASK FOR COPIES and every records being filed with the court or being send out to the opposing counsel. This is YOUR case and you need to PROTECT it.

I was referred to the Capital Law Firm by a friend. I was involved in a rear end accident and had eye issues and neck and back pain. Josh personally worked on my case and sent me to great doctors. We ended in mediation and my case settled very favorably. My check was ready soon thereafter and the firm really maximized my case. I also recovered from my injuries very well. Josh answered all my questions and frequently updated me. The settlement at mediation was 4 times higher then the initial settlement offer the insurance company made. I hired this law firm after finding them online when I was rear ended and had neck and back and shoulder injuries. When I called I was lucky enough to directly speak with the attorney. Josh immediately answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable. He then set me up with a physical therapist for the same day and all the doctors who helped me were awesome. They also got me money for my car since it was a total loss and money for my missed time from work. The settlement was for the max of the other driver and all my medical bills got discounted and I ended up with a percentage that made me very happy. His assistant Brittany is also very helpful and easy to talk to and always answered my emails and calls. Their office is clean and easy to access. This firm is the best and they take care of you like family. Thank you to Josh, Brittany and everyone who helped me, I am so lucky! Will recommend to all.
