I hired this law firm after finding them online when I was rear ended and had neck and back and shoulder injuries. When I called I was lucky enough to directly speak with the attorney. Nothing but good people. I truly Appreciate how passionate this group of people are. From the receptionist to the lawyers they are very professional. I believe in word of mouth referrals; I was hit on my motorcycle by an SUV and asked a neighborhood businessman if he knew of a law firm that could help me. He connected me with John Nojima. I reached out to this firm today because of the positive reviews and seemingly good fit in expertise. After I described my situation to the man who answered the phone, I got a rather curt response. Nothing wrong if they don't handle that type of case but the condescending attitude and and total lack of professionalism on that call was absolutely unnecessary and uncalled for.
