I called a few other personal injury lawyers and Marc Biederman won out. Unlike big firms, he deals with you directly and doesn't work off a script. It's been such a pleasure to work with Marc for the past few months. I was in the backseat of a car crash and wasn't satisfied with the initial settlement offering. Do yourself a favor and contact Marc right after your unfortunate incident-- I waited several months and tried to manage all the insurance stuff on my own. Marc was able to work with what I had done already, but I could have saved myself a lot of stress if I had just called him right after the accident. Marc is not only a talented lawyer, he seems to really care about his clients and wants to do what's best for them. He was never pushy-- just gave clear advice. Awful service. You never talk to the attorney or even meet him. Very shady work , lots of lying , & back tracking. They convientally never recieved my emails although I have them all with the date & time I sent them. I talked to like 3 different "associates" on the phone & they never remember anything I have contacted them about. I tried discontinuing my case with them although they're still asking for my medical documentation even after my medical insurance informed me not to. I now have an actual new lawyer not with this firm who is helping me.

They suck after more than a year the amount that was granted by the insurance company vs what we got was less than half. They are a rip off. Plus you never meet the attorney you communicate with legal assistant.
