Totally unprofessional if not borderline sketchy. Extremely disappointing result and he obviously did not provide anywhere near to a satisfactory level of service. My mom had been severely hurt in the workplace and said workplace refused to help. She reached out to her lawyer multiple times over the course 7 months, and he hasn't responded once.
