Mitchell Law firm was not my first choice but I was told to use them by my foster sons attorney. Both insurance carriers settled for the max policy limit without a fight. Mitchell Law firm is SO SLOW. Both of my cases settled and paid out a month ago and Mitchell Law firm is like refusing to give me my settlement. From excuse after excuse claiming one carrier did not send the check then saying that carrier ordered the wrong check amount all the way to they had been hacked and could not issue any checks at all. This was Thursday of last week. I just called the office and the guys "knows nothing". I will tell you though if I do not get my check in my hands this week Ill be filing a complaint with the California Bar.

Waited a long time to get my settlement and when I finally did it was only for 2800.00. I am still going through getting medical attention and they did nothing for me to get compensation for any pain and suffering. I always had to make contact with them to get updates on my case and when I finally did they had given my case to someone else who didn't even know when my case was gonna get settled or when I was getting compensated. I will give them a little credit for loaning me a part of my settlement when I needed it but by the time I got that its was already spent due to Bill's I had due to loss of work, pain and suffering. Should have went with Berg Law Firm. Went with Mitchell cause a friend d of mine highly recommended them. Truly disappointed..!!!????????????
