Attributes: passionate and compassion, has great judgement with strong communication skills together with willingness to listen to her clients and obtain as much information to prepare for the case. Tom Lininger was recommended to me by two separate people as the best personal injury lawyer in the area. I don't have any other experience to compare to, though I do believe they were correct! Mr. Lininger is knowledgeable, patient, and understanding. He's let me be indignant at the laws and my circumstances with no judgement, and has walked me through the reality of the process and what can and cannot be done.
