RUN AWAY!!! Mr. Singer took my case to "represent me" in 2008. He doesn't return phone calls, text messages or emails. I received notice of a hearing scheduled this May. Scheduled becasue Mr. Singer did NOT bother to respond to a settlement offer he received 3 months ago. Nor did his office notify me of it's receipt. I haven't heard from Mr. Singer in OVER a year. This after I have sent emails, called REPEATEDLY and left messages with his office and the staff that handles my case. I have also sent repeated text messages to his cell over the past 3 years. This lack of contact has been the norm over the past 12 YEARS. Finally, no resort but to file a complaint with the State Bar.

You can never get through with your case manager. Case manager was changed every week. Emails were not answered. When finally speaking to someone lawyer was rude. They totally screwed us.
