If there were negative stars I would give Rahnama that rating. They are terrible. Carina at the Oxnard office was very unprofessional... Would not take calls... Would not return calls... Made assurances that they would assist me while I was in town, which was only for less than a week, and never followed through. Caused stress and anxiety throughout the family with their poor service and communications. Appeared that they were in Law for their own gain at the cost of clients.

I had decide to go with this law firm because it was recomended by my husbands co-worker. They talked highly of them but i thought differently after being with them for 5 monyhs. Never got a called back when i called by the person handling my case. The girls from oxnard where actually nice and willing to help all the time. Thre actual attorney wanted to settle my case after 5 months. He didnt even know what was wrong with me until i had told him and opened my chart rt. Infront of me. He told me to settle for 20 thousand and run with it . at this point i knew he was in it for easy money. He doesnt care about you. I needed three surgery and he thinks 20,000 sounds fair enough for me to get, i think not! Fired him the next day.... Was not good enough for me!!!!

I was hit on my motorcycle in June. An associate from McGee Lerer & Associates witnessed my accident. They stopped and made sure I had everything taken care of regarding my immediate needs. They then followed up wit me the next day and helped me recover my losses from the accident. They did a terrific job and they were very knowledgeable. Prior to my experience with Nick at Mcgee & Lerer, I would not have ever associated the thought of an accident attourney with a positive emotion. That being said I have been completely blown away with how I was taken care of. I called within hours of my accident and from the first interaction I felt like I was with a company that was going to hold my hand every step of the way. It was absolutely astounding how wonderfully easy and effortless they made everything from handling my repairs and medical bills, to finding a chiropractor close to my home. So grateful for Kyle and his amazing team. His law firm represented me in a 3 car accident when my kids and I were hit from behind while on the freeway. I reached out to this firm today because of the positive reviews and seemingly good fit in expertise. After I described my situation to the man who answered the phone, I got a rather curt response. Nothing wrong if they don't handle that type of case but the condescending attitude and and total lack of professionalism on that call was absolutely unnecessary and uncalled for. I asked if he could kindly perhaps give me some direction to the type of firm or maybe even a colleague that might be a fit and was hung up on. Maybe they are competent but the lack of empathy and professionalism of their staff is alarming. I'm moving on.

I was referred to the Capital Law Firm by a friend. I was involved in a rear end accident and had eye issues and neck and back pain. Josh personally worked on my case and sent me to great doctors. We ended in mediation and my case settled very favorably. My check was ready soon thereafter and the firm really maximized my case. I also recovered from my injuries very well. I hired this law firm after finding them online when I was rear ended and had neck and back and shoulder injuries. When I called I was lucky enough to directly speak with the attorney. Josh immediately answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable. He then set me up with a physical therapist for the same day and all the doctors who helped me were awesome. They also got me money for my car since it was a total loss and money for my missed time from work. The settlement was for the max of the other driver and all my medical bills got discounted and I ended up with a percentage that made me very happy. His assistant Brittany is also very helpful and easy to talk to and always answered my emails and calls. Their office is clean and easy to access. You don't have Glassdoor account so this is the only place I can share my review so applicants and prospective clients would be aware. I was an employee for Citywide Law Group for two days, I sent a copy of a document to a client (while checking and letting know the supervising attorney about it before sending it out) , because every case is the client's case and the client should always know and confirm what form is being sent on their behalf and what is going on in their case. I got a very shocked response from the supervising attorney that YOU DON'T SEND A COPY TO THE CLIENT. Why shouldn't client know what's going on in the case? Why is that a secret? I have enough experience and knowledge about American Bar Association (ABA) rules conducting communication with the clients to know that you ALWAYS send a copy to the client and should ALWAYS be transparent with everything going on in the case with clients. 10 minutes later, I got a call from the partners letting me go for not being a good fit for the position. I have enough experience to know from the field's experts and ethical practices that this is neither ethical nor moral practice. I'm glad I got a chance to be aware of how unethical this practice is early on, and I want the prospective clients to ALWYS ASK FOR COPIES and every records being filed with the court or being send out to the opposing counsel. This is YOUR case and you need to PROTECT it.
