In January of 2020, we experienced something no one wishes for themselves, nor anyone else. We were rear ended while parked with a newborn in the backseat and wife injured while on the side of the vehicle pumping gas. It was one of the scariest days of our lives. I was told I had a $75k case that went to Zero. I supplied all the documents they requested and was told the file was complete and ready for litigation. They sat on the file for over 1 year. I would email them for updates regularly and was told everything was complete and each case was being handled individually. Two weeks before the deadline to file I am contacted by another representative stating we needed to determine if I had a case or not. WHAT??? I was told I needed credit card statements before and after the discontinued use of medication they were pursuing. All accounts had been charged off as I was preparing to file for Chapter 7. While I was assured the file was complete for over 1 year had I known they needed these before and after statements I could have easily obtained these. Not when they have been charged off and sent to collection agencies and lawyers for collection. Now they did offer to obtain these documents from my creditors but with me myself being in Banking as a career myself I knew these documents would not be received in time and I told them to just forget it. A great deal of my time and some expenses went into supplying the documents they requested and to be told the file was complete until the last couple weeks shows someone there dropped the ball or surely were not doing their jobs. I was not offered anything for their mistakes and still hold all of the emails telling me the file was complete and ready to go. Nowhere as it turned out.

EDIT: my review was not made in error and is completely correct and accurate - he left his client in the lurch during the most crucial moment without offering any good legal advice, it was as if the client did not hire a lawyer and was representing themselves! Totally unprofessional if not borderline sketchy. Extremely disappointing result and he obviously did not provide anywhere near to a satisfactory level of service. EDIT 2: obviously I am using a pseudonym but everything I wrote is true and he abandoned his client and left them with a lousy result. My mom had been severely hurt in the workplace and said workplace refused to help. She reached out to her lawyer multiple times over the course 7 months, and he hasn't responded once. They've not told her an account number, no details of the case, not anything that's going on at all. She had to figure out the name of her lawyer on her own due to sheer incompetence of this office. I've watched her slowly get more and more hurt, sicker and sicker, while her old company tries to force her into a corner and these lawyers she signed a contract have done NOTHING. I strongly suggest looking elsewhere for legal help because these people have left my mother disabled and backed into a corner. They will probably do something similar to yall, and you'll be forced to watch your family member lose everything they had, from their car to their health just because the lawyer can't be bothered to do their job. Although my accident was not that serious to where I needed a lot of work, but they worked hard at giving me an excellent return. I was involved in an auto accident back on 10/23/19. I had no idea what to do, who to contact, how to deal with insurance, how I was going to get around without a car and how I was going to fix my car. I never been through any situation like this. My brother found McGee, Lerer & Associates and it was the best call I made. When I called I spoke with Nick Ramirez who explained everything to me and helped me. There was no rush, no pressure..... it was genuine caring over the phone and telling me what options I had. I signed the retainer that same day and started medical treatment the next. The police report stated the accident was caused by the other driver doing an unsafe turn, however, his insurance wanted to play long ball and try to turn this into my fault. I knew this was a possibility as explained from the beginning and now my case would take a few extra months to get settled. Nick kept me current on what was happening throughout this entire process and finally today my case has settled with the insurance company and I am 100% satisfied.
