They were always quick to respond and help me with any questions I may have had. I deeply regret hiring Tous. They did absolutely nothing for me. I took my case to a real attorney that pointed out a long list of mistakes and failures made by this firm on my behalf. He advertises as being a workers comp specialist yet is not listed as such with the bar association. If you want your case to linger on with an attorney that is lazy, incompetent and ignores you and your case for long periods of time, all the while making excuses, then by all means hire him.
