My husband and I reached out to Hosharian Law Firm 1.5 years ago to settle an auto accident case in which we were passengers. There was damage to the vehicle and we experienced pain requiring medical treatment. We called the police at the scene, but since nobody needed an ambulance, police were not dispatched and no police report was filed. Fault was placed on the opposite party for hitting the car we were in. We specifically chose Hosharian Law Firm because it was a small firm and we wanted to settle quickly. Unfortunately, the original employee assigned to our case, Diana, was not very responsive when we emailed and called. I called a few other personal injury lawyers and Marc Biederman won out. Unlike big firms, he deals with you directly and doesn't work off a script. It's been such a pleasure to work with Marc for the past few months. I was in the backseat of a car crash and wasn't satisfied with the initial settlement offering. Awful service. You never talk to the attorney or even meet him. Very shady work , lots of lying , & back tracking. They convientally never recieved my emails although I have them all with the date & time I sent them. I talked to like 3 different "associates" on the phone & they never remember anything I have contacted them about. I tried discontinuing my case with them although they're still asking for my medical documentation even after my medical insurance informed me not to. In 2019 I was hit from behind with a strike hard enough to injure my neck and my back. My car also had considerable bumper and back frame damages even though the defendant’s car looked barely affected.
