My mom had been severely hurt in the workplace and said workplace refused to help. She reached out to her lawyer multiple times over the course 7 months, and he hasn't responded once. They've not told her an account number, no details of the case, not anything that's going on at all. She had to figure out the name of her lawyer on her own due to sheer incompetence of this office.
