If you are looking for an attorney and have been lucky enough to stumble upon Christopher Purcell, LOOK NO FURTHER!! You will not find a better attorney. In addition to being excellent at what he does, he's extremely compassionate and caring and his entire staff goes out of their way to make you feel like a person. My first case with Mr.Purcell was a small traffic accident case, but I was treated as if it was just as important as any other case. My experience with attorney's prior to that was awful. They look at you as a pay check. But not Christopher Purcell and his staff, they actually do care and it comes across. But make no mistake, that doesn't take away his effectiveness as an attorney. To make a long story short, workman's comp tries to take advantage of you. They will send you to a Doctor that will give you the least amount of care. I was released 100% from the Doctor they sent me to after just 4 weeks of physical therapy. I had a torn labrum, A shoulder injury.I could barley move my arm without pain. I am a nurse that works in surgery. I need my shoulder to work. Jacob and the Invictus Law team all helped me through the many questions I had with easy to understand explanation. They got me the help I deserved as well as take care of all the legal stuff. In the end I was deemed 21% disabled so I was able to get a nice settlement. Thank You all very much!! You Rock!! Candice Bond helped me out of a stressful situation. She represented me in a car accident case. Candice always kept me informed of what was going on with my case and where I stood in the negotiation stage. Candice would call me and get my opinion on every step and help me make decisions to benefit my cause. Candice treats you like a good friend instead of just a client. She was able to get me the maximum amount possible in my particular case, unlike my insurance company who did not have my back and caved in when push came to shove. Very negative experience working with Joel Baruch and his law office. After meeting with him regarding my case he had suggested and offered to draft a demand letter. I met with him in 7/2017 and was told this would be completed in 10 business days. The letter was not completed until 2/2018. That is over 7 months and was promised 10 business days! It is now the end of 4/2018 and am still struggling with his office. His email contact is late and over due each time and also condescending in tone. I would highly recommend seeking consultation elsewhere.

I employed Baruch's law firm and had an excellent experience. His staff is attentive and reply to my requests, and Joel is generally busy with cases so replies are not immediately forthcoming, understandably. He fights and files aggressively, I know that personally. Many firms are lackluster in their performance compared to Joel's firm, from my personal experience.

I honestly don't know where I would be right now without the help of attorney, Vincent Howard and his team. At one of the most difficult times in my life with almost losing my home to a wrongful foreclosure, they were able to save it and get me into a home modification that I could afford. This is a terrible Law Firm. If you know anything about the law that could help you. Don't turn to this legal team. They utilize paralegal assistant to handle your case. People that don't even know the law. This team will be more on the opposing legal teams needs them the needs of you of the client. If it's not quick cash in their pocket they'd rather throw you to the wolves.

My name is Richard Reyes. I am a Real Estate Broker. I was referred to Daniel via the Calfiornia Association of Realtors. I spoke to an attorney with C.A.R. and she referred me to Daniel and two other attorneys. Daniel was the first attorney I called. I called Daniel, identified myself and he was not very friendly over the phone. He asked me where I operated from and I shared this information. He then suggested I call another one of the attorneys I was referred to and hung up on me. Not very happy about this. I will be alerting the California Association of Realtors next.

I don’t recommend this attorney. I give him 2 stars only for his secretary. He is rude an inattentive also very arrogant and condescending. He walks out several times during a consultation. He asks to see certain evidence and when you try to show him he acts bored and doesn’t look at it. He wasted my time.
