To make a long story short, workman's comp tries to take advantage of you. They will send you to a Doctor that will give you the least amount of care. I was released 100% from the Doctor they sent me to after just 4 weeks of physical therapy. I had a torn labrum, A shoulder injury.I could barley move my arm without pain. I am a nurse that works in surgery. I need my shoulder to work. Jacob and the Invictus Law team all helped me through the many questions I had with easy to understand explanation. They got me the help I deserved as well as take care of all the legal stuff. In the end I was deemed 21% disabled so I was able to get a nice settlement. Thank You all very much!! You Rock!! I chose the Rizio law firm knowing a judge or jury would respect them and TAKE MY CASE SERIOUSLY! I was right. THIS TEAM KNOCKED IT OUT OF THE PARK! I honestly don't know where I would be right now without the help of attorney, Vincent Howard and his team. At one of the most difficult times in my life with almost losing my home to a wrongful foreclosure, they were able to save it and get me into a home modification that I could afford. If you are looking for an attorney and have been lucky enough to stumble upon Christopher Purcell, LOOK NO FURTHER!! You will not find a better attorney. In addition to being excellent at what he does, he's extremely compassionate and caring and his entire staff goes out of their way to make you feel like a person. My first case with Mr.Purcell was a small traffic accident case, but I was treated as if it was just as important as any other case. My experience with attorney's prior to that was awful. They look at you as a pay check. But not Christopher Purcell and his staff, they actually do care and it comes across. But make no mistake, that doesn't take away his effectiveness as an attorney. Mr. Purcell is sharp, articulate and very skilled at getting what he wants and fighting for people's rights. He's the person you want to have on your side!!

This is a terrible Law Firm. If you know anything about the law that could help you. Don't turn to this legal team. They utilize paralegal assistant to handle your case. People that don't even know the law. This team will be more on the opposing legal teams needs them the needs of you of the client. If it's not quick cash in their pocket they'd rather throw you to the wolves.

To reader Whenever you get into a motor vehicle accident I recommend attorney Ibrahim. Why because he makes the whole process simple, It was my first big accident never had I dealt with an insurance claim and in a couple of months I was free of pain with a nice compensation check in my pocket. Candice Bond helped me out of a stressful situation. She represented me in a car accident case. Candice always kept me informed of what was going on with my case and where I stood in the negotiation stage. Found Stephen Dial on the internet, not many reviews but first call gave me alot of assurance they cared. helping me with communicating with medical and insurance professionals along with documented follow up has given me the most relief. Friendly staff and Mr Dial available for tough questions. My recovery and treatment is always at the forefront of every call. Its so obvious they care, and you can't fake that. I would refer them to anyone with a work comp our personal injury, without hesitation.

I would not recommend! My case took too long to settle. Once it settled, it took over three months to get paid, Not only that but per my agreement with Mr. Dial I'd get a certain amount for my case once he and the doctors were paid. Once settled, Mr. Dial decided that our previous agreement was no longer valid and decided to settle my case for less than agreed. When I argued this situation he became very furious threatening me to either agree with him or he'd drop my case and put a lien on it for his services. This was a very uncomfortable situation to be in with the "professional" who's supposed to be representing you. There are good people working in that office, but employee turnover is so high, that you never know who you'll talk to next. I truly believe there are good lawyers out there, unfortunately this one is not one of them!!
