I was named in a bogus civil lawsuit--actually more like a shake down. Sagi represented me and got me dismissed with prejudice (finality - they can't pursue me in the future). The plaintiff was clearly trying to get me to settle and pay him off rather than incur the ruinous expense of going to trial. I would not recommend! My case took too long to settle. Once it settled, it took over three months to get paid, Not only that but per my agreement with Mr. Dial I'd get a certain amount for my case once he and the doctors were paid. Once settled, Mr. Dial decided that our previous agreement was no longer valid and decided to settle my case for less than agreed. When I argued this situation he became very furious threatening me to either agree with him or he'd drop my case and put a lien on it for his services. This was a very uncomfortable situation to be in with the "professional" who's supposed to be representing you. There are good people working in that office, but employee turnover is so high, that you never know who you'll talk to next. I truly believe there are good lawyers out there, unfortunately this one is not one of them!!
