I reached out to Walton Law Firm to get some advice after I was getting the run around from an insurance company in a claim that I made. Randy Walton took my call, heard my story, and then gave me some really helpful suggestions to help me fight back on my own. Recently I had occasion to engage Randy Walton and his firm to represent me on a legal matter. I found Mr. Walton very competent and well versed in the matter before us. Not only did he know pertinent statutes, but likely outcomes. He was able to explain them clearly to a non-attorney like myself in such a way as to avoid any ambiguity about my matter. Mr. Walton’s competency is also recognized by other professionals insofar as he has been engaged annually to speak to physicians at the annual conference of the California Association of Long Term Care Medicine on the issue of nursing home care and neglect. In 2006, he was invited to speak on the same subject at the California Bar Association’s annual meeting. Whereas knowledge of the law is something one might expect of any competent attorney. What distinguishes Mr. Walton is his empathy, his personal concern about his client and the effect a particular legal matter has on his client’s life. That is a consideration, I believe, that most attorney professionals tend to ignore. Me Walton has also been heavily involved in his community for over a decade. Currently he holds an elective office as a member of the San Marcos City Council, and has worked with organizations such as San Marcos Youth Baseball, San Marcos High School Surf Team, Valley of Discovery Education Foundation, and the Ridgeline Protection Taskforce. When all is said, Randy Walton is a good man. I can think of no better recommendation.

Three+ years ago my husband was rear ended by a truck on the freeway and was pushed into the car in front of him. Ronald Laba is a professional, reliable, and honest lawyer that you will want to have on your side after an accident. After getting rear ended so badly in a car accident to the point of being in the ICU overnight, the person who hit me insurance company came to me almost immediately trying to low ball me and settle instantly instead of going through the proper steps of giving me the proper time to see if I would fully heal and recover from such a traumatic accident. Ron Laba came in clutch at the right time and assisted me step by step on how to handle such a situation and make sure I got the proper care to make sure I was 100% percent healthy before settling. By not rushing and listening to Ron, over the next several months after the accident we realized I tore me labrum from the force of the collision and I had it repaired. In the end with Ron’s due diligence and my patience we were rewarded with a nice payout from the rival insurance company. Ron Laba is the lawyer you want after being in an accident!
