Ronald Laba is a professional, reliable, and honest lawyer that you will want to have on your side after an accident. After getting rear ended so badly in a car accident to the point of being in the ICU overnight, the person who hit me insurance company came to me almost immediately trying to low ball me and settle instantly instead of going through the proper steps of giving me the proper time to see if I would fully heal and recover from such a traumatic accident. Ron Laba came in clutch at the right time and assisted me step by step on how to handle such a situation and make sure I got the proper care to make sure I was 100% percent healthy before settling. By not rushing and listening to Ron, over the next several months after the accident we realized I tore me labrum from the force of the collision and I had it repaired. Please bear with me I had a really bad accident, last year on my way back from work. A texting driver, ran a red light and t-boned me. Recently I had occasion to engage Randy Walton and his firm to represent me on a legal matter. I found Mr. Walton very competent and well versed in the matter before us. Not only did he know pertinent statutes, but likely outcomes. He was able to explain them clearly to a non-attorney like myself in such a way as to avoid any ambiguity about my matter. Mr. Walton’s competency is also recognized by other professionals insofar as he has been engaged annually to speak to physicians at the annual conference of the California Association of Long Term Care Medicine on the issue of nursing home care and neglect. In 2006, he was invited to speak on the same subject at the California Bar Association’s annual meeting. Whereas knowledge of the law is something one might expect of any competent attorney. What distinguishes Mr. Walton is his empathy, his personal concern about his client and the effect a particular legal matter has on his client’s life. I live in Carlsbad and suffered a serious shoulder injury in a car accident after my air bags exploded. The accident wasn't my fault, and my roommate said that I should get a lawyer. There was blood and canine teeth on the ground. There was growling as the younger, bigger dog attacked my 15 yr. old companion, Max. For the second time. I tried to break it up. Neighbors came to our rescue. I saw the blood running down my arm, and felt the sting of puncture wounds and abrasions. A friend said, "sue."
