My experience with Lady Attorney Jill Henderson was far from what i expected. I was involved in an accident to the point where my mother was taken to the hospital by ambulance and my self had to follow in our wrecked vehicle to be seen in the emergency room after hitting my head with the steering wheel. For myself i could say i was misdiagnosed by the doctor that night making me feel my injury was not related to my accident. I felt miserable, hurt physically and mentally. We decided to go with Jill Henderson without hesitation since they firm had previously and successfully help a relative of mine. We explained everything to them and immediately they got to work ( you must know that in order for this to happen you have to follow their instructions and answer their questions to better help you). Jill Henderson is an amazing Attorney but above all a great human being. As i mentioned before not what i expected, especially when the first thing doctors ask is what kind of insurance do you have? I expected the same here, that cold calculated treatment you usually get. Jill Henderson showed a real concern for me and my health and i must say, i will be forever grateful to you for not giving up on me when i actually had given up on my self????. She helped me get through all of this, my mother too. The results to me were far and beyond from what I expected in the best way possible. This woman Jill Henderson, Is the most amazing human being my case is not closed yet but she has done more for me and worked harder than anybody has in 6 months , than 3 Lawyers and 3 drs did in over a year!!!! I don’t have the best dr trails cause of lack of care and i have had pain and Anxiety that everyone thought was over exaggerated, until Jill got me approved to see amazing drs who did all the right scans and new what was wrong the moment I walked in!!!!! This firm and woman has done so much for me to get me amazing care that even my original drs came back apologizing for not believing me and offer help to get me back to heath. I have a hard case because it’s Workman’s Comp and 3rd party so there is a lot of paperwork and back and forth with adjusters and insurance and Jill gets it done no matter what and no matter how hard she has to work at it such an amazing person and top Attorney Of all time!!!! I’m so grateful I found Mr. Sokat, he helped me quite a few years ago, after I was in an accident. The insurance company was toying with me and I felt I was getting the short end of the stick. This is not my area of expertise and it’s not my nature to hire an attorney so I was uncomfortable about the whole process. I’m so happy I found Tom and hired him though, when you need expert advice and someone to guide you thru the process, the peace of mind you receive is priceless. I was happy with the outcome and grateful for his help. All these years later I still have back and neck issues, it was no joke. Had I not had Tom’s help it would have been disastrous for me. I would highly recommend Mr. Sokat. I called him for an initial consultation regarding personal injury caused by an auto accident. He spent the time go over my case, and provided me with very good advice at no charge. Even though it was clear that he would not be able to take on my case due to time constraints (and therefore had zero incentive to give me further advice), he was kind enough to explain my options and guided me through next steps.

Our 18-year-old son was in a serious car accident several months ago and we were blessed that he was not seriously injured. The day after the accident, we began receiving phone calls from the law office representing the insurance company of the commercial vehicle at fault. Although they stated that their interest was the health and well-being of our son, every conversation led to a request for our son to sign a release. We contacted Christopher Der Manuelian at CDM Law who took care of everything and put our minds at ease. A person ran a red light and totaled my car. I had a baby in the car, my mother and myself. Luckily my baby was ok but my mother and went to the doctor for months after the accident because both of us were in alot of pain. The insurance offered a low settlement and this lawyer after trying to get more money recommended we settle. I wanted to go to court but he said it would cost more to do that? I believe he just didn't want to hassle with it. I know my case was worth way more money and I regret settling. I would never recommend him to anyone or use him again. Terrible attorney.

I was represented by Mr. Sumner in a case involving a truck that had struck me while on my bicycle . His outstanding skillset included an in-depth legal understanding, an easy to understand approach and, most importantly, an ability to get me to verbalize my story. Even though the opposing council was excessively aggressive and, at times, insulting to me, Mr. Sumner maintained a respectful and sympathetic view of the trucker; always respectful and the way I wanted to be represented. Needless to say, even after 3 weeks of court days filled with evidence and testimony, a unanimous jury found the trucker at fault. Mr. Sumner is how all lawyers should behave, a pleasure to work with and someone, I hope never to have to call again for the right reason; i don't ever want to experience the trauma I went through.

I am a 71 year old, female bicyclist who was hit by a car in October of 2018 and suffered some pretty severe injuries. I hired Scott Sumner, The Pedal Lawyer, after being dissatisfied with the first lawyer I hired for my personal injury lawsuit. Communicating with Scott and his senior legal assistant, Cynthia Byrd was like night and day in comparison to the first lawyer. Scott always explained things to me clearly and succinctly in terms of how we were going to proceed with the case. Called in to get a general consultation and establish what might be involved after a car accident with faulty airbags. I provided my first and last name contact information and then was asked for my address, while being asked I was told if I don't feel comfortable giving the information out then I do not need to. I asked why this was needed and if they disclose my information to other parties. She responded stating that is recommended to establish for the best contact information but since I was not giving her my address that they we not going to take on my case and good luck with my search. Very short conversation and borderline rude. To go from optional information to just jumping to we don't want your case is a bit dramatic. Called was answered by Diego who was very professional but passed to intake Priscilla who made it hard to complete a sentence without being cut-off for her script.

This office is very professional. They will not lie to you, cheat you, or steal from you. They retrieved a very large sum of money for me that was taken by another law firm quite dishonestly.
