At first the office was responsive with the information that I needed to provide, which I did, however after some time I did not hear anything about whether the law firm was going to take my case or not. I just recently emailed one of the paralegals that I was in contact with for an update on whether the firm had decided to take my case. I found that my email had been blocked and when I called for assistance I had found that my number had also been blocked. If the firm did not want to take my case it is far easier to call, email, or mail a letter about their decision rather than blocking me and leaving me in the dark. Not impressed with the way this law firm handles business.

I highly recommend the Mahoney Law Firm! I was worried that they would not accept my case because of how close I was to the statute of limitations. Kevin was very busy with another case but made the time to review my information. The way this firm treated my mom is appalling. Luckily she is off Chemo for now but while she was on it we contacted this law firm to after J & J over a medical device. It's almost a guarantee and they accepted the case. They send her a packet in the mail. She calls numerous times to ask questions. Their phone generally just rings and rings but if you keep calling it will go VM. Unfortunately my mom with cancer isn't important enough for them to return calls and now she receives a letter stating they are dropping her because she has been nonresponsive. You should be ashamed of yourselves! And I hope everyone who considers your firm also considers our story.

Do your research before hiring!! They are very attentive before contract are signed but that is about it. Not once did they communicate with us about the process in the case. Very unprofessional in every step of the way, messages never returned.
