Do your research before hiring!! They are very attentive before contract are signed but that is about it. Not once did they communicate with us about the process in the case. Very unprofessional in every step of the way, messages never returned. I highly recommend the Mahoney Law Firm! I was worried that they would not accept my case because of how close I was to the statute of limitations. Kevin was very busy with another case but made the time to review my information. The way this firm treated my mom is appalling. Luckily she is off Chemo for now but while she was on it we contacted this law firm to after J & J over a medical device. It's almost a guarantee and they accepted the case. They send her a packet in the mail. She calls numerous times to ask questions. Their phone generally just rings and rings but if you keep calling it will go VM. Unfortunately my mom with cancer isn't important enough for them to return calls and now she receives a letter stating they are dropping her because she has been nonresponsive. You should be ashamed of yourselves! And I hope everyone who considers your firm also considers our story.
