I can't say enough good things about this firm. I used this law firm several years ago, but ran across their google page while looking for a law firm in another area and wanted to give them a shout out. I was referred to FWI by a good friend after an auto collision. Vinny and Brianne consulted with me after I interviewed multiple personal injury firms in town, including some of the big names we are all familiar with here in Colorado. Do not hire this law firm! It is one of my life's biggest regrets. I have waited 2 and a half years to settle my case and it is still not finished! My treatment concluded 4 months after the wreck and I am still being given the run around. They have put me off and put me off despite me having lost everything; my job, my home, mobility. I was hot by a commercial vehicle on my way to work and taken by ambulance to the hospital for my injuries, which are extensive and will haunt me the rest of my life. Finally a month ago I was told there was an offer made in response to thier package for a mere 4k more than my medical bills! I could have gotten that without a lawyer and within a much shorter timeline! I would have come out with more money without lawyers fees for a firm who has done nothing but botch my case. My case has been handled with complete carelessness from the beginning. Both my daughters went to Frank Azar and urged me to do the same. They both settled within a few months for more than I'm offered and niether were near as hurt. These guys are smooth takers telling me my case was with $150k when they signed me. My offer is for $34k of which I will get very little. Hiring the wrong law firm has hurt my life far more than the wreck even did. Don't waste your time!!

I have been rear-ended twice since I have moved to Colorado and both times the legal team here was immensely helpful with both cases. The first law firm I called after my first accident wanted me to go to the police station to get a copy of the police report. I explained to them that I was just in a bad accident and had no car to do that. They pretty much said they can't help me until I get that. So I called Bendinelli and they said they couldn't believe how unprofessional they were and immediately started working on my case being sympathetic to the condition I was in. I recommend them to everyone who has been in an accident in Colorado. I honestly don't know how people handle car accidents without the help of a legal team like this. Fingers crossed this is my last car accident but if not I'm going right back to them. Couldn't ask for a better legal team.

They were very good to work with and always answered any questions we had pretty quickly. It did take some time in the process of waiting for them to get my medical bills and record from the hospital and also to get my first check and final check. I felt like in the end we had to check in more with them or we wasn't going to hear from them for a long time but it was still a more good experience overall.

I retract this post that was given a 5 star rating 2 yrs ago to a 1 star ..which should have been a 1 star after the first couple months.. The first visit was as expected " we will take care of you, your needs are our most important priority, your health is what matters most"...making the client feel worthy. A dollar amt goes a long way! I have never felt the ball drop in someone's court as much as I seen it with this firm out of Denver/Texas. The lawyer from texas didnt know the statutes of colorado drivers and non insured non licensed drivers who were at FAULT in my case..which was EXTREMELY IMPORTANT. After I requested mycase be handled by a more "competent" lawyer, I was ignored, the $$ owed to me wouldnt get mailed to me for WEEKS (this was after numerous messages left week after week) , it seems like I didn't matter and constantly misconceived. Until you get VERY VERY upset, is when you MIGHT get a non empathetic call back.

My very positive experience with Bachus & Schanker actually comes from my work with the Bachus & Schanker Cares Foundation. I run American Heroes in Action, a nonprofit organization that provides all expenses paid outdoor adventures for combat Veterans and injured first responders. We were raising money to provide more all expenses paid adventures to these heroes. I applied for a grant with the Bachus and Schanker Cares Foundation and they were very quick to respond and make a generous donation to American Heroes in Action. The Bachus & Schanker Cares Foundation is more than just a name, they really care about combat Veterans and injured first responders. With a grant from the Bachus & Schanker Cares Foundation, American Heroes in Action was able to provide several American heroes with some much needed "outdoor therapy".

I was injured in a car accident in March of 2021. I was hit by a car while crossing in a crosswalk. I sustained significant damage and was hospitalized for 2 months. I just recently started walking again. My attorneys at BACCHUS & SCHANKER have been kind, compassionate, and doggedly determined in helping me win my case. Which we did. I cannot say enough good things about them. They return calls, are punctual with keeping meetings, and engender a level of trust that is incomparable.
