Sarah Schreiber and her assistant Alicia Collins did a fantastic job working to reach a settlement on my case pre-litigation. The paperwork was always in order, they followed up on everything, and Sarah explained in detail each step of the process so that I did not feel as though I was working in a vacuum. Because I was dealing with a severe concussion for a good chunk of the three-year period I worked with Sawaya, they had a lot of tracking and follow up to do with me to be sure everything was taken care of / signed in a timely manner. This is not my account although. These people were lousy! I worked on my case for three years and I received money only from workmen's comp. For knee injury and they took that money as well. And never won me anything. I felt robbed cause check went to there bank. Then they cut me a smaller check. Money they never worked for! That money was for the part of body part I had injured. Although that was the least of my injuries. Just stay away better luck somewhere else.

CALL ANYONE ELSE YOU WONT REGRET IT!!! I called about a worker’s compensation claim and my case is apparently hard and they are not skilled to deal with apparently. This is the second experience sawaya let me down. Told me no and didn’t get to talk to a lawyer. Someone else did while I was on hold though. Then I explained things that they weren’t aware of, obviously, and she decides she’s going to ask him herself again that it might be different. No thanks. Days to respond and if it’s not easy money they don’t want it. Just like most big companies “here to help”. Yeah right. People like me need a lawyer and always get shut down. Because it requires actual skill.

I reached out to this company as I didn't know where to start with fighting an insurance company. I had tried for months to do it on my own, but never got anywhere. I called and was surprised how fast they transferred me to a very competent lawyer who was happy to help. I felt as though I was talking to a concerned friend, he was genuinely interested in helping. My claim wasn't worth much, but I felt justified in getting what was owed. My light in the dark in this case was Tim; and I must say, I've never liked a lawyer so much. If you ever need legal counsel, I highly recommend them. I've had to deal with lawyers in the past but always felt like a number to them. I was injured in a car accident in March of 2021. I was hit by a car while crossing in a crosswalk. I sustained significant damage and was hospitalized for 2 months. I just recently started walking again. My attorneys at BACCHUS & SCHANKER have been kind, compassionate, and doggedly determined in helping me win my case. Which we did. I can't really say too much of what he have done for me, because the truth is I just found him like a month ago but wish I had found him years ago... I got injured a few years back and my case still is in the works unfortunately... During that time, I had hired another law firm to represent me. At first it started off as pleasant until they decided to give my case to another attorney without my acknowledge and approval ???? then as time went by things got worse and complicated for me on both injury and lawyer wise. It got to the point where it was difficult for me to work with that law firm so I reached out to Mr. Eley and we met the next day and it was history from there!!! I've only been his client for about a month but he is very professional and always responsive. I don't have to go around trying to find him to communicate with him, and he always up front about what it is that needs to be done when it comes to my case and I love that about him so he definitely gets 5 stars from me. I just hope it stays and continues this way I don't fell like it won't. I honestly feel like my case is finally in good hands but thats a understatement because I feel like my case is in great hands finally!!!????

Cliff Eley has been my lawyer since 2005. I was injured on the job and did not want to get a lawyer. I wanted to handle it on my own but it got to where I needed a surgery that the insurance company denied. Cliff was able to get me the surgery and a great $ettlement. I could tell that his focus was more on my well-being than the money he could make. ... Even though he was already paid in 2005, he did not withdraw and continues to help me whenever the insurance company hassles me, tries to close my case etc... ¡GRACIAS CLIFF!

I retained Matt after my workplace injury in 2019. Initially, I thought I wouldn’t need an attorney but shortly after my treatments began, the insurance company made me feel very disadvantaged without the help of a professional. I sensed that I was being pressured and need the advice of an expert. Matt made an entry of appearance and my anxieties were squashed immediately! Matt guided me through a very confusing and intimidating workers compensation system, keeping me abreast of my case throughout the process. I was given Matt's phone number from the 3rd attorney that I contacted who wasn't intrested in taking on my denied case, they suggested that he might be able to help me. So, I reached out to him via phone. I felt VERY hopeless and doomed at this point. I knew that what I was experiencing (the injury) was VERY real and not my fault!! I was very wary about seeking advice/representation from a lawyer after my accident.
