Mr. Finegan was able to get charges reduced, so my son did not lose his license. He preemptively suggested that my son take an online course ahead of court. Jim was very professional and cared about my case. He was able to get my speeding ticket reduced to a defective vehicle and saved me from having complications with my job in transit. Do not hire this law firm! It is one of my life's biggest regrets. I have waited 2 and a half years to settle my case and it is still not finished! My treatment concluded 4 months after the wreck and I am still being given the run around. They have put me off and put me off despite me having lost everything; my job, my home, mobility. I was hot by a commercial vehicle on my way to work and taken by ambulance to the hospital for my injuries, which are extensive and will haunt me the rest of my life. Finally a month ago I was told there was an offer made in response to thier package for a mere 4k more than my medical bills! I could have gotten that without a lawyer and within a much shorter timeline! I would have come out with more money without lawyers fees for a firm who has done nothing but botch my case. My case has been handled with complete carelessness from the beginning. Both my daughters went to Frank Azar and urged me to do the same. They both settled within a few months for more than I'm offered and niether were near as hurt. These guys are smooth takers telling me my case was with $150k when they signed me. My offer is for $34k of which I will get very little. Hiring the wrong law firm has hurt my life far more than the wreck even did. Don't waste your time!!

When a car turned left in front of my wife, failing to yield the right of way, Steve was there for us. The car was not registered to the person driving it, and the insurance car they supplied was expired. When we contacted the company on the expired insurance card they informed us the person listed was no longer insured with them. My wife was receiving medical treatment and we were lost and feeling hopeless. This was when we contacted the Paysinger Law Firm. Steve was able to meet with us and suggested we file an injury claim with our insurance, who then tracked down the insurance company of the at fault vehicle using the VIN. When the other driver's insurance tried low-balling us for the vehicle damage and injury, Steve's expertise was indispensable. Steve is a great lawyer, a caring guy, and I wouldn't consider using anyone else for a future injury claim.

I worked with Dan for over a year and a half, preparing to bring a case to trial. There are SO MANY things I liked about his approach. Here is one. From day one, Dan never told me "It's a slam dunk" or "it's in the bag". He always told me it was two things- preparation, and the jury. And only one of those we can control. His preparation was obvious, and he blew away the defense! If you have a need, don't even think about looking elsewhere!

It did take some time in the process of waiting for them to get my medical bills and record from the hospital and also to get my first check and final check. I felt like in the end we had to check in more with them or we wasn't going to hear from them for a long time but it was still a more good experience overall.

I retract this post that was given a 5 star rating 2 yrs ago to a 1 star ..which should have been a 1 star after the first couple months.. The first visit was as expected " we will take care of you, your needs are our most important priority, your health is what matters most"...making the client feel worthy. A dollar amt goes a long way! I have never felt the ball drop in someone's court as much as I seen it with this firm out of Denver/Texas. The lawyer from texas didnt know the statutes of colorado drivers and non insured non licensed drivers who were at FAULT in my case..which was EXTREMELY IMPORTANT. After I requested mycase be handled by a more "competent" lawyer, I was ignored, the $$ owed to me wouldnt get mailed to me for WEEKS (this was after numerous messages left week after week) , it seems like I didn't matter and constantly misconceived. Until you get VERY VERY upset, is when you MIGHT get a non empathetic call back.
