I can't say enough good things about Frank Bartlett and his team. For two and a half years after my husband's car accident, Frank continued to work with us and for us. I know of this law firm, they don't take cases that they feel is not worth their time or effort. I had a slip and fall that caused damage to my cosmetic procedure. I was represented by Attorney Chrysten Dufour (wrong move) she dragged this case on for over a year and when settling this case (devastated). She shouldn't be representing anyone. This firm is known for their representation and for my case to be settled the way it was and for the amount. She should have did it probono. I would never not recommend this type of representation at all.

I have worked with Attorney Donlin for 5 years, since he was appointed as conservator of my uncle through probate court. Our family was nervous about the prospect of having to work through a conservator to assure my uncle's needs were met. Chris quickly put those concerns to rest. He has provided wonderful support, quickly finding my uncle in-home care that provided great service for two years. When my uncle's needs grew too great to manage at home, he found him placement in a great assisted living. Chris has involved my uncle every step of the way, as well as providing regular updates to my family and involving them as needed. He responds quickly, and has a great knowledge of the senior care industry and how to advocate for seniors. He makes a point to check in on my uncle's care and make sure that the staff knows he is not just there to pay the bills, but to make sure he his cared for well. They don’t care about the community. While walking to and from work I regularly notice that they trim the bushes in the front, but not on the side street. The sidewalk along the side of their property is unusable. This might not seem like a big deal, but when you’re exhausted, walking home from work after being on your feet for 12 hours, having to walk on grass instead of the pavement is laborious and infuriating. This is a regularly, heavily traveled sidewalk. It’s a law firm with two buildings on a main road. Y’all can afford to trim ALL the bushes, not just the ones that make the front of your business look nice. Furthermore, as a Middletown homeowner, I know property owners are required to maintain the sidewalks bordering their property. I will update my review if action is taken.

This is the law office my landlord from 11 years ago is coming after me with?? They resort to sending me copies of my old convictions from 10 plus years ago as an intimidation tactic? I’m sorry I don’t mean to laugh but LOL. Good luck in court. I won’t be there cause we don’t owe her. She’s money hungry always has been. Not to mention I just happen to find all my old rent receipts and copies of when she had my pregnant wife arrested for a TV that was given to us. Can’t wait to hear what’s next!

Absolutely the worst! Never use Tracy Hardman or Steve Hryniewicz if they even ever get to practice again. Ruined a malpractice case for myself and a wrongful death case for my husband. Up and left all of their clients without warning. Always had lame excuses as to why things weren’t getting done. They are frauds.

This is the worst law firm and so called professionals that I have ever come in contact with. They not only caused the judge to dismiss my case in a wrongful death case for my son, after waiting almost 9 years for a trial , I received a settlement in Probate court of 20,000 Tracy Hardman and her husband Steve kept the money and will not give it to me. This happened in2017.I have called their office several times and they don't return my call, or they will make an appt for me to meet and they won't keep the appt. I am working with probate court to help me get my money. I am getting ready to file criminal charges soon. Do not use this law firm. You will be very sorry. There are many other attys out there that care about people and want to help them, tracy hardman is not a nice person.She will never return calls nor will she keep you up to date with what's going on in your case. I just want the money granted to me and then she will never hear or see me again. Did I say that I am a 70 yr old woman,who really needs the funds?
