Mr Brynn did a good job but i was told my case would stay open because a bill was paid out of my settlement that shouldnt have been paid. But he did such a good job that once again I'm using his services

My case was in Washington county Hector was right to the point, he earned the judge’s respect, after the case ended the judge complimented him and told me that I got myself one of the top lawyers, the judge told Hector that he wishes to see him more often in his courtroom. It was my first time to hear a judge compliment and recognizes a lawyer’s good work. Great job Hector.

Hector is a very knowledgeable personal injury attorney. He is professional and makes himself available to answer questions, offer guidance and reassurance as needed. But, the thing that makes Hector stand out the most is his advocacy for me during my recovery process. His first concern was my wellness. I treated for a long time and he never rushed my treatment. When it came time for me to settle, he got me policy limits and some on top from my own uninsured motorist insurance. He informed me how to use my PIP and even negotiated my medical bills down. My expectations were beyond exceeded. I would highly recommend his services to any one looking for a personal injury attorney.

I contacted this law firm, via online chat at first. I had two agents switching during the chat. Then, I got a phone call from Sierra. She scheduled our zoom appointment for this morning, and sent me a confirmation email with all details. And guess what....no call no show... We were left hanging this morning ,and waiting.... I called, and they told me someone will call me back... well, nope. It's been over two hours, no call back.... If they are so reliable at first, I can't even imagine how a client will keep track of his/her case if there are so many different departments/ppl that work there, with no direct communication/contact to the attorney. My advise....go to someone that you can actually talk to, get in touch with, and feel comfortable. This firm - big ad, not an actual care.

I called them 2017 my mentally eal son passed away in jail from not receiving the right treatment while locked up i finaly talk with someone that said they was working on the case then in 2020 someone called in said i had no case they ever looked into any of his paperwork or ask me anything about his health just called in 2020 in said he didn't have a case by now its to late to have someone else to look into my son death and how did they no it was no case if they never got any details his matteer from me or anyone else my son was on a lot of medicin every sad

I inquired about a potential medical malpractice suit that happened this year and was emailed back stating that the statue of limitations had expired. I called this location multiple times to see if someone had misread what I had wrote or to see if there was a typo and was told that someone would give me a call back and that did happen.

The Lapidus Law Firm was referred to me by several of my coworkers, whom they all spoke very highly of this firm. I made contact with the Lapidus law firm where my wife and I first met them in their office. All aspects of the process was thoroughly explained to us. As expected, my wife and I had several follow up meetings with Larry and Michael Lapidus, where they cared about our time and overall health in recovering from our accident that occurred in 2017. I unfortunately was injured in a very bad car accident in 2017 when someone hit me from the rear and totaled my custom car. I’m a veteran who already deals with multiple service injuries. The accident only added to these service injuries. The Lapidus Law Firm was not only professional but took time and patience with me and my case. They insured my care was thorough and that I was informed at every stage in my case. This case took time due to the extensive injuries that occurred. This case was solved in a timely fashion- 2020. They have provided the same courtesies as above in my 2018 case. Unfortunately someone ran into me again. This case was solved in a timely fashion -2019 to be exact. And yet again in 2019 someone did the same thing. The Lapidus Law Firm is working on this case currently and has been doing the same superb job.

The entire team that worked with me during my Workman’s Comp claim, were wonderful! Frank, Priscilla, Andrea and Summer we’re always just an email, text or call away! Once I hired Frank Kearney, I received some piece of mind that they would handle any issues going forward. This allowed me to focus on getting better and back to work! I had a hard time understanding how I didn’t have to pay for their services unless I couldn’t do my job anymore due to my injury. They really want to just help people get what they deserve!

So far so great.. I started with one law firm and a year into it realized that firm was not for me. I then hired donahie and Kearney and things moved really fast. The intake with summer was very smooth, the communication and help getting benefits and medical care with Priscilla was excellent. Andrea was very professional with assisting with a few things and the attorney Frank Kearney is the very best. I want to take a moment to point out, and thank, Andrea with the DK team! I have already written how great Mr. Kearney is in every aspect of helping his clients get what they deserve; now I must do the same for Andrea as she has been stellar. I just began working with Andrea over the last few months. I have a somewhat complicated, long, detailed, grueling type of case…but Andrea was able to step in and understand the nuances of my case in record time. I credit her, and Mr. Kearney, with getting some much needed imaging approved after being stalled out by the insurance company for the last couple of years. Rather than just accept their continued denials, Andrea stepped in, continued to fight for me, leading to the MRI finally being approved. She has also been instrumental in obtaining a significant amount of back pay for me after the WC company arbitrarily decided to stop my benefits. Frank and his team work with my team on nursing home abuse and neglect matters. I work with lawyers throughout the country on these cases and I can say that I think Frank's group is far and away the most organized and professional outfit I've seen. I received the most unprofessional service I have ever received in my life. I will NEVER use this firm for anything, again. Not only did the attorney handling my case, not correspond with me in a regular manner involving my case but when he did it do in the most egregious manner possible and I have the emails to prove it. After nearly six months of little to no communication, he got mad because I started asking him questions about the status of my case and waited nearly two weeks after our conversation and decided to contact me via phone on the day of my doctors appointment and tell me the firm was dropping my case, to then wait nearly two weeks to surrender me anything in writing, only after I again had to reach out to him. For nearly six months, I had to be my own attorney despite, having one on retainer. If an attorney by the name of Floyd gets your claim, request another attorney. He is the most unprofessional attorney I have ever seen.

Very professional treatment. After the car accident, I only had to call them once, visit them once, and the rest was taking care of my health. Terrible receptionist, I asked to speak with their marketing person or a person in charge regarding a business inquiry. The receptionist proceeded to hangup the phone saying "we're not interested." Definitely not doing business with them for sure! As a respectable law firm as you claim to be, you should live up to your standards with every person you encounter. This is unacceptable.

After the unthinkable happened we searched for malpractice lawyers. It was important that our family hired a firm that understood our loss and treated us and our deceased with respect and care. Patrick Malone and his associates had that in spades! The kindness, compassion and respect with which we were treated and the aggressiveness with which he tackled the case was very comforting to all of us. While a monetary value can never be placed on our loved one's life the settlement, I feel, was enough to make this surgeon think twice the next time he operates. I strongly recommend Patrick Malone & Associates to anyone needing legal counsel. I was involved in a "Slip & Fall" case---resulting in me breaking my back with a severe compression fracture of the L1. I sought out the legal advice of Alfred Clarke who is a lawyer within this firm. I fell on a super slippery surface while walking to my pool at my gym. It resulted in me being in a very restrictive back brace, not being able to drive/work for 6 months, numerous doctor appointments/X-rays/CAT scans, and 2 months of 3 days a week of PT as the final step in healing. For 8 months it was a possibility I would require back surgery at the end of all this. Mr. Clarke collected all of my medical bills/paperwork and worked hard on my case. I felt I got a great out-of-court settlement due to his hard work and persistence---always looking out for my best interests. He also stayed in constant contact with me keeping me up on my case and the latest developments. He always sought my approval before making the next move and before accepting a final settlement. Updated review: The firm responded to my original review (below) and suggested that I'm confusing them with another firm. However, the attorney I met with is pictured in the firm's photos and their address is the exact location as where I reported for my initial consultation. **************************** I would not recommend this firm. I am giving them 1 star only because I cannot rate them 0 stars. I contacted this firm seeking representation and had only one in-person consultation. After the attorney I worked with received the records he requested from me, he stopped returning my calls and would only communicate via email and postal mail. I expected to be treated with some decency. I also expected to have more than one in-depth conversation with that attorney because it is sometimes better to have a healthy dialogue with someone in order to flesh out the details of a situation that’s complicated and doesn’t fit neatly into a cookie cutter narrative. I thought I would be interviewed by a professional with critical thinking skills and have an opportunity to counter what was provided by the other party and discuss discrepancies in the records—but there was no true interest in finding out the truth. Dealing with this firm was a major disappointment and waste of time; however, the experience taught me to make better decisions when researching law firms for future needs.

I had an excellent experience with Roger Gelb. He's very professional. I was once represented by an accident lawyer who didn't speak to clients directly, and employed rude staff that didn't always respond. Roger always took my calls or called me back promptly. He was very transparent. He showed care in handling my case, and gave great advice. In addition, he worked hard to get me the best settlement possible. I was concerned about receiving a very low settlement because I had a preexisting condition, but that's why he was recommended to me, and that didn't seem to be a factor for him. I would go to him again if I needed to (hopefully I don't), and I would recommend anyone considering Gelb and Gelb to go for it. They're great. Friendly staff too. Thanks for everything Roger!
