READ BEFORE HIRING: What an AWFUL experience! OVER 5 years to get close to nothing for my settlement. Most unprofessional law firm I have ever dealt with. The law firm never answers to emails, return phone calls, or update their client as they should, and most importantly never explained the amount would change from 33 1/3 percent to 40 percent but yet they claim they want to get the most for their clients. For all the disappointments and lack of knowledge on my case they shouldn’t have charged for my case 40 percent because it wasn’t deserved. If the law firm would have been attentive of my case that wouldn’t be an issue in my eyes. If you want to wait many years for close to nothing and lawyers who just see you as a number hire them. Clueless about my case and prep you for five minutes before a deposition( which is a big deal) Uneducated on my case( mediation with another lawyer that wasn’t Ryan. I believe Adam. He has no idea about my case so why in the world was he out on my case without any knowledge of my medical history? The defense ate him up and he had no records of my medical history to defend my case. Lack of effort and organization. Highly disappointed in my outcome and would NOT recommend to anyone. In 5 years I spoke to Ryan maybe twice. The staff is constantly changing. The only person there that cares about the clients best interest is Maria. She gets 5 stars and more. I never met her but she was nothing but caring throughout these couple years and I hope she can get out of there because they do not deserve her. Dan got me a great settlement and it was a difficult case. What was most shocking is that the Adjusters were trying to get out of covering all of the damages caused from the accident. Then Dan stepped in and set them straight. I could say anything on here, but pictures are worth a thousand words. I had to cut out big portions of the correspondence between Dan and the adjuster due to legal reasons, but mark my word that Dan was like a Pitbull and at the end the Adjuster feared him and covered all of the repair.
