Worse day of my life hiring Ken Frankel for a very serious spine injury casy. First he doesn't even have a real investigator to assist him, he told me to return to where I had a serious accident to take photos something a lawyer pays an investigator to do. Then he sent me to a foot and ankle surgeon for a serious spine injury. Frankel and the doctor both committed fraud telling he was a spine surgeon. I was misdiagnosed and mistreated for a sprain by the doctor Ken Frankel sent me to. After weeks of physical therapy and me complaining to the staff of the foot doctor who lied and said he was a spine surgeon I finally had an MRI which showed I had 8 injured discs and one was herniated causing a spinal impingement. The foot doctor who claimed it was just a sprain for weeks basically said he could do surgery but it could get worse. So he recommended no surgery so my long tech career was over since I couldn't sit very long at a computer anymore. When it became obvious it was a serious case Frankel asked to be let out of the case since it would take up too much of his time going to trial and he likes fast settlements. Well, two years later I end up seeing a real spine surgeon and there's really 11 discs injured with 3 herniated discs not one and 8 spine impingements not 1 as Frankels foot surgein found. I also had an undiagnosed rotator tear. So now I'm finally getting the proper medical care for my injuries due to seeing a real spine surgeon and not the foot and ankle surgeon Frankel sent me to. Both Ken Frankel and the foot surgeon represented the foot doctor as a spine surgeon when he is not. Now the doctor and Ken Frankel are under fraud investigations. The doctor with the state medical examination board and Ken Frankel with the state bar. If you want a lawyer telling you to do things a real injury firm has investigators do and to use a foot surgeon to treat a serious spine injury then Frankel is the type of incompetent injury lawyer you should use. My opinion Ken Frankel is the worse injury lawyer there is who was the proximate cause of me suffering for years due to the malpractice of the doctor he used. Now I will be bringing a legal malpractice action on Ken Frankel. I'm a public figure just Google my name I've written over 100 books did over 100 songs and over 20 films and documentaries. There will start to be lots of news sites covering my story now, so be careful who you hire. The doctor is Dr. Merkle who apparently has been used in many Frankel cases so if you still have neck and back pain after dealing with Frankel and Merkle see a real spine surgeon and get proper treatment. You have two years to sue Frankel and Merkle after you get a new doctor to find out what's really wrong with your spine. Stay away from Ken Frankel that's my final opinion he is the worst injury lawyer you could hire.

I really cannot say enough about Marc Wites. He personally handled my case that was more than 50 years old in a way that made the process virtually stress-free for me. I found Marc to be a caring, focused and sensitive person who was always respectful and communicated very clearly. At no time did I feel any pressure or judgement. After being injured in an on the job accident in November of 2020, a friend of mine recommended the services of Wolf & Pravato, who I promptly called, and Vince came directly to my place of residence the very same day. The accident occurred while I was working, and my car was completely destroyed. Unfortunately, the injuries I sustained required surgery, and in addition to that, I also tested positive for Covid-19 within the same time frame. The world was literally caving in on me, and these people (Wolf & Pravato) were with me every step of the way. The coordination of all the doctor appointments, physical therapy, surgery – post op and everything in between – they were there! My case manager, Melissa, even gave me her personal phone number and told me to call if I needed anything. The accident severely affected my livelihood, as I was unable to work in an already fractured economy due to the pandemic. I immediately applied for unemployment, but this is a process that takes months of jumping through hoops before collecting a dime – and Wolf & Pravato were able to provide me with several loans over a 6 month process, to the likes of which I wouldn't have remained afloat without. They were literally like lifesavers to me. And in terms of the actual settlement, Wolf & Pravato were able to get me the maximum amount according to my accident and case. I was referred to Wolf & Pravato from a work acquaintance; he had used them and spoke positive of his experience. I checked with Lieberman Injury Law regarding a medical malpractice case. It turns out it was not a case they would handle. However, they did refer me to another excellent firm. So, why am I recommending the Lieberman law firm? There are three reasons I wold highly recommend the Lieberman law practice. First, they heard me out and asked questions to clarify my situation. Second, they know where their strengths lay and knew I wold be better served by another firm. (I feel many firms would just go for the bucks.). Third, not only did they refer me to an excellent law firm, Lieberman's periodically checked up on me to see how I was coming along with the new firm and the case in general. Who does that!?! We have moved out of Florida so it is unlikely I will need a Florida attorney in the future. However, having dealt with attorneys in the past, I would love to have the Lieberman law firm available to me if I needed an attorney. (Or, a law firm that has their expertise, experience and the determination to prevail for their client. That won't be easy!) Thank you to the members of Lieberman Injury Law who kept me moving forward and wouldn't quit until I was taken care of the way I needed to be. You are all awesome!

I wouldn't even give a star ..they told me the case would change my life and t hen sold me out 4 the lowest bid.trolley accident in 2015 got me2800$ in 2020.My81 bus accident in 2016 100$.00 in 2020 and blamed me for being 51 in other accidents.i wanted to go trial with trial lawyer the boss called me to tell me HE settled my case for the low bid and didn't care what I wanted they use to b good now thre milking cows.I would NEVER refer them. I graduated from B..c college I'm a paralegal ...just confirmed the lie about my 2016 other case they had said noone wanted to give me money only 100.00 settlement right sign to release we did all we could strait from jason now who allegedly wins y did he lie when i had a hearing set for court this month i just looked at the court website blatelently do not trust them they lie and hold cases then u lose..do better go elsewhere bad business lies deceit waiting years and 100. could be u next farewell bad attorneys ill never talk good about this agency the real attorneys no longer work there i see y .Even my trial attorney left to a new business lol now u see y they embaress their own with their disrespectful unethical representation on God.
