Without going into too much detail, my case was being handled by the big law firm that you hear on the radio and tv 20 times every hour and was getting no where for a year or more. Very frustrated. I switched to Pendas and Hays took over my case. Within half the time I was with blank & blank law firm, Hays got my case settled without going to court for a sum that dwarfed what the other guys were advising me to take. I was hit from behind on the interstate and there wasn't much damage to my car. I hit my head pretty hard on the steering wheel and had severe back pain. The attorney made sure he got me a great settlement offer even though my car wasn't totaled. The staff found me a chiropractor near me and answered all of my questions.
