Best lawyer I’ve had to work with. I was involved in a multiple vehicle accident and it was the most scary time of my life. Kim Wells worked very hard with my case. Pretty difficult involved most mayor car insurance companies, many lawyers and people involved. He nailed them all. If anyone needs a shark for a lawyer Kim is the one. Very knowledgeable, strong confident but certainly honest. Honesty was very important for him and for me he counseled me on every detail without missing a step. During my case he answered every phone call and email promptly. We encountered some hurdles with the insurance companies and he took care of it. I had no worries, he communicated with me at all times. I received my settlement promptly and I actually received more than I expected. Also his right hand Robin helped me a lot she is amazing very kind and sweet. If I couldn’t reach Kim because he was attending other clients Robin was there and off course Kim will follow up with me later. Thank You Kim Wells and Robin for all your hard work.

I had a serious injury to my body and needed help navigating these uncharted waters. I'm not one of those sue happy people. I did need help and a very dear friend of mine introduced me to such a real group of people. Family orientated, very professional yet not stuffy. I got to know everyone in the office very well. These proceedings took many years and everyone in that office had a part in making sure I understood everything and that I was comfortable. In the many years to come we won, like I said they were taking on insurance giants on a case that wasn't cut and dry. Even if things would have turned out different, my opinion of The Matassini's Law firm would come highly recommended. It's good to know people that know people. We selected David to assist my son to receive SSI. David is extremely knowledgeable, thorough and personable. My son, his mother and I are fortunate to have met him. The process is lengthy and requires a great deal of paperwork to support the request. While we heard it could take a long time to be approved our process was on the short end of the range. We would recommend David to anyone. As a matter of fact, I recommend him to my sister-in-law in Orlando who needed help for her daughter and she thanked me profusely after meeting David.

After nearly 8 months of waiting (with an absolute winning case, in my opinion), The Pendas Law Firm decided to drop my case. They did not provide any reason whatsoever, except that the attorney had decided to drop it. In three different attempts, I was told that the attorney would call me back to explain why. On all three occasions I would wait for the phone call at the scheduled time, and the attorney would not call. These people are quite unprofessional.

Horrible experience! Took my case sat on it for over a year. After a year the time limit expire and the law firm never did proper paper work. I call many times during the year did not respond. I had to call 5 times at a time to get the person in charge of my law suit to talk to me. I was told to wait and after 15 months they told me the time is over. I lost my compensation. Do not use them!

As we all know the feeling after a car accident is filled with uncertainties. Many feelings become cluttered and overwhelming so having a great injury lawyer and law firm team is highly necessary. I will admit, initially I was reserved about hiring a law firm to represent me. The process can be difficult to understand. However, after searching for the right law firm to handle my case I was recommended to Hancock injury and I cannot be more happy with the decision I made to hire them. Throughout the process I was, in full contact with every team member of this law firm including my lawyer Mike Hancock. This local law firm, really is a hidden gem! Their commitment to you is exceptional. The legality of the case was made easy to understand and most of all I felt fully represented. From beginning to end I was comfortable with the decisions being made and most of all I felt supported. After a pending case I was relieved to hear that my case had settled and all my needs were met. The quality they placed in my case was personable and valued. I truly cannot thank them enough.
