This is an amazing firm! Don is very professional and prompt. Don Mathews goes out of his way to get the job done. Sheryl was very professional and always prompt as well. Sheryl kept me updated through the process and answered questions for me. Edson was awesome!! Dulce wonderful! If you want a law firm to represent you for a car accident; this is the one I would recommend hands down. I have been in the Navy for 35 years and expect nothing but the highest quality. I can assure you that Don Mathews is that quality firm. I would say definitely a well oiled machine.

Over our lifetime we have interacted with only a couple dozen attorneys. Mr. Mathews represented us for over a year with our complaint against the insurance company. During that time, he put together a sound and factual case that represented our claims in a concrete manner. We appreciated his expertise and the investment of the firm's monies/resources into our case. We are very appreciative of the excellent services rendered. Communication was good and legal assistants Kelley and Dayanys were quick to respond.

I picked Don Matthew’s to handle my car accident case. Everything was going well and smooth until my case got transferred to Tania. She wouldn’t answer her phone or even return phone calls. She had me with lies saying that the paper work was being sent out to the opposing side insurance. I came to find out 3 weeks later that it never got sent out. So they said they’ll send it out immediately gave it about a month or so and never heard back from her so I decided to call them for an update this time it still wasn’t sent out and her excuse was I needed an MRI done still remained calm about it. So She promised to call me back the same day or the following day with an MRI appointment. Kid you not 2 weeks later no phone call so I called again and she never answered nor called me back so I had it at that point asked to talk to a supervisor so I explained what happened she apologized and said that they were busy. So she also promised to call me back by Friday of that week a month went by and never heard from her neither so I decided to go with Viles and Beckman as soon as I signed the contract with the attorney Don Matthew’s placed a lien on me as if I failed meanwhile their workers weren’t doing much with my case. They were able to place a Lien on me within hours but couldn’t return a simple phone call with an appointment within months. They ended up charging me $1,600 for doing nothing. Luckily Viles and Beckman cornered in the insurance company within weeks after hiring them. Never would I recommend them nor go back to them just a terrible experience with Don Matthew’s. I’d give it a zero star if I was able too.

It started with a meeting on a Saturday because of my availability with Edson. He sat me down in the office conference room and explained the whole process from start to finish. Communication got a little lost when my case worker happen to leave the firm but I quickly called Edson and he got me back on track. One day I received a phone call from Mr Mathews himself and he give me all the information I was already provided and more. These two weeks I had the honor and pleasure of working with Shannon. Such a sweetheart of an individual. Honest and informative as well. My experience with this firm was A+. God forbid I ever have a circumstance like I experienced with my auto accident , in the case I do. I know who I’m going to trust to defend me. Thank you Don Mathews team. ????????

My case consultant was very informative and answered all of my questions. I hope they can take my case but if not, after reading these reviews I believe they will be able to refer me further. Well I only have actually spoken with the person you speak to when you called to have the initial consultation I haven't gotten a call back yet from an actual lawyer but this was also this call took place yesterday so I don't know if it's just too soon for me to have heard back from an actual lawyer yet but everything thus far has gone very great the lady that I spoke with was very nice very caring was definitely concerned and wanted to be sure that you know she got all the necessary information to get our case handled and I would definitely recommend them to anybody who has been in an accident and doesn't know exactly what to do or who to turn to they can definitely assist you with all of your needs and help you all the way through the process so I highly recommend giving them a call very professional very compassionate throughout the whole phone call and I look forward to hearing back from them and hopefully we can get this case or lawsuit or whatever you want to call it started and hopefully everything goes well because we were my husband was in a terrible accident and he definitely has suffered some injuries from it and not only that damage to the vehicle and yes so we're we're definitely hoping to hear back from an actual lawyer soon but the consultation went great so now we're just waiting to get a call back to know and go into further detail on what's going on with our case so yes I highly recommend them they are very concerned about your well-being and very compassionate and just all around great people.

I was first extremely impressed with the fast call back! But after telling the first person why I was calling, then transferred to another... Told my long story again... Then transferred AGAIN and told my story an exhausting third time I was pretty much done. Lady on the phone used a few law terms I was unsure of what they meant and what they were asking me. So I asked the lady to explain what she meant. She then answered my question with a question using the same terms! I had to try and look up what she meant on my phone while trying to answer her. After everything she tells me that she doesn't believe they can help me and asked if I could hold and she would transfer me to a different Florida Attorney. I held for a minute and just hung up. Spectrum drilled a hole in my washing machine drain pipe and after 7 months found the leak in my wall and have a serious mold issue in my home and being told my family and I have to evacuate. Thanks for NOT helping Morgan & Morgan.

WOW just called about a claim on a leaky roof. I wanted the contract presented to me by Lowes for repairs to be looked over and to advise me on the legal language in this contract. They do not provide this service.... I guess if its not millions of dollars in their pocket, their not really "FOR THE PEOPLE" ???

I was unfortunately injured in a car accident that was not my fault. The insurance companies were very uncaring and treated me like I had somehow done something wrong. My health insurance would cover nothing related to the accident. I contacted Mr Spivey and he and Mary took over. I received the medical care I needed and Mr Spivey handled the insurance companies. In my 60 years I have never had need to contact a personal injury lawyer and never thought I would. I was totally turned off by the high pressure ads on TV by a different company However, Mr Spivey and Mary proved that not all personal injury attorneys are the same and if you want compassionate and professional assistance, choose a professional attorney. The settlement was extremely generous and the process was handled professionally and seamlessly. Thank you!

Had an injury and needed help with the insurance company....called (the largest injury lawyers) I hear over and over on the radio......they are just advertisers and refer your case to other firms for a commission.....I felt like a nobody to them.....interviewed David Harris and there I was a client that he cared about! Clark and his team (Kristin) are truly a credit to their profession. I interviewed many of the large firms around and none of them provided an actual attorney to speak to and interview. My experience with this Law Firm unfortunately was not good at all. From the beginning trying to get a return call was an issue. Then there was not getting a specialist in a timely manner for a surgery I needed from a slip and fall case. I had to wait over 8 months to finally get someone, only for it to happen during the pandemic and the shutdown. I never got to see the specialist since people in their office do not communicate and my case was being settled before my treatment was even complete. To make a long story short, I never got my knee surgery and not even my case could be settled out in a timely manner. Also,, I received $10,000 less than I was told I would get after all the deductions. Very dissapointing, stressful, painful and aggrevating situation to deal with. I would NEVER, EVER recommend them.
