My experience with Christian Rodriguez was fantastic. I hired him to help with a nuisance tenant and a related fraud issue. Thanks to Christian's legal knowledge, effective strategy, preparation, and professional conduct, I won the case, the tenant left my apartment, and I was able to obtain a judgment for attorney's fees and costs against the defendant. Christian did an outstanding job of standing up for me in very uncomfortable circumstances. He always remained accessible to me and professional with a very rude and uncooperative defendant. I reached out with my maritime case after being injured while on a cruise vacation. Elaine reached out to me to gather information which I promptly returned and I was informed that the paralegal, Jessica would contact me once the information was reviewed. I followed up twice and no response. It has been almost a month and I have not heard anything back. Whether or not I had a valuable case or not, I did expect a call to let me know they were not going to take it. Very unprofessional. Not a way to do business. Would give zero stars.

They were not able to help me in my case because I lacked motorcycle insurance and other paperwork in my accident, however, they were still very helpful. My wife had an unfortunate result from a plastic surgical procedure. After many months of the provider attempting interventions to mitigate the aberrant results the effort proved futile. After second opinions it was inevitable that the unexpected results could not be rectified and after much persuasion from associates, a referral from a health care provider led us to Jonathan at Freidin Brown. The team at Freidin interviewed both of us, requested documents and pictures, went to their professionals, and evaluated our issues. During the gathering of information from ourselves as well as the professionals we consulted there was transparency and conformation along the way. There were no promises made yet we had credence in their evaluation of our case. Lara Dabdoub was the lead attorney with all contact virtual, by phone, electronically and via zoom, usually with multiple members of their team attending. From our first inquiry in November to the final disposition in late October we were always kept in the loop as to the status of the events pertaining to our case by Lara Dabdoub. She always responded to our inquiries and was incredibly open to our thoughts. Things will never be the way we anticipated but we did find closure to this life disrupting event. I highly recommend this firm.

Tom represented me in a PI case that settled about a year and a half ago. Tom and his staff, Angie & Lizzie, were amazing. They helped me every step of the way, answered any questions I had and made me feel comfortable during the process. We took a direct hit from Hurricane Michael in Lynn Haven, Florida, in 2018 and needed to hire an attorney to resolve our and my elderly parents’ insurance claims. Attorney Leidy Cuervo came on board and worked tirelessly with Todd Stabinski on our cases. They were always accessible and easy to work with. Falling while on vacation in Miami was a nightmare in itself. Finding an attorney in Miami was even harder. Calling Stabinski & Funt was The best call that I made that day.
