Let me first say that I am not a fan of google reviews, but.... Upon reviewing this website, I was shocked to see such a negative review addressing Kathy, the legal secretary of this firm. I have known Kathy for over 30 years. Not only is she an integral asset to this firm, she is a caring, intelligent lady that I am proud and blessed to call friend.

I’m leaving this review because the secretary within herself is just plain rude. As someone of law when your treating them with kindness you would think they could at least do the same in return as you could be a potential client in the future. But within the secretary herself it just shows the perspective and the image of the company and who would want to hire anyone with a negative welcoming and someone like that representing them.

My accident case was with a different law firm initially & Nothing was done,Over 3 years later I got the Jaspon firm to take over & not only did they move quickly to get my case settled, they were very Professional and Always kept me in the loop with what was being done. I used The Jaspon Firm in Orlando for an auto accident. I do not live in FL, but they were so easy to work with. Gerry could not have been anymore nicer and had amazing customer service every time I called. Mr. Jaspon was also great and pleasant to deal with. I diffidently received world class service from all of his staff during my settlement. He did the entire settlement in a very timely fashion. You will not be disappointment when using them. A very hard working group of people.

I’m so happy that my coworker referred me to Payer Law Group. They are one-of-a-kind people that really care about you and your well-being. When I went for my initial work comp consultation, aside from meeting with the paralegal, I met with Attorney Chris Payer directly. Glad I saw 1star review by TB: this law firm agreed to charge "max ssa fee allowed" ($6k), dragged his case for 3.5 years then sued TB for 25% back pay ($25k) and the court actually gave it to them...sickening, get informed, you can actually apply directly, no attorney needed.

Linda and her team help me to navigate the process concerning my car accident. They explained everything to me and provided copes of all corespondents sent to all parties involved. In the end I received a call from Linda who provided an overview of everything as well as advice. Linda work to receive the best settlement for my car accident and she even got some of the health care providers to reduce my medical bill. My husband & I recently had a great experience working with our attorney, Roger Hatfield from Morgan and Morgan in Orlando, Fl on an insurance claim that kept being denied to cover the roof damage on a home we own in Orlando. We were very impressed from the beginning on his experience, knowledge, professionalism, and mostly his responsiveness on keeping us informed on the status of the claim. We have gone through this process before with another claim & law office with poor results. So I can assure that Roger knows this industry well & how to work best in getting you claim resolved in as timely a fashion as possible. The end result was our claim was processed & we are very happy that we choose Roger & would work with him again in the future if needed!

I always assumed that they were the best place to go to when you needed some type of representation. I was correct in my assumption. After having experienced a small claim, it was so wonderful to have them communicate with me on regular intervals as well as always responding to all of my inquiries. Now, I was a small case and they took the time for me. That is the key. If they took time for me, they will take the time for everyone. I am very appreciative and they have earned my respect.

They are the best law firm I work with and any law firm any better and he's company Morgan Morgan is the best. But they still work on my case I'll give them a ten star if I can. It is long progress, but I will work with you. If you keep them updated. That will give you every penny that you need I heard good things about them or hear them all over the radio. I know his brother went through got hurt back in day. It so sad how got treated by other doctor's. It seems like I'm going through same thing's, hopefully my case of work out very soon. I am suffering through a lot and losing money also. But hopefully I'll get all that back I am suffering so much my wife and my family is kind of keeping this together I'm so stressful right now but I believe they're going to get my stress free very soon. RIght after the accident the doctor did not give me the pills, told me to talk to him and I was in pain (which releases adrenaline) and guided me to forgiving a person who was high on marijuana into letting him go and not calling the police. I was like, in pain and was like lets do it. The money was not fine, as I had been guided after returning from abroad. Then while meetings and phone calls kept trying to put me into Uber when I was going to college. The words were obviously trying to convince me to get an uber when I was like I will use the money to study or see what I can do. Which caused me so much confusion that I had to flea, thinking that I was being kidnapped from Uber to work or something, when in reality he was thinking of placing me into Uber. I was doing Masters in computer science and it was wasted on the first semester. While phone calls kept yelling at me (using rude tones) & then when I talked what my mom told me to say, he became angry again.He left me alone in the United States of America as I had no Idea what was going on, didn't have enough money to go to the psychologists. The Uber costed a lot and I was also being phone called from him to pick up my bike while injured and take it to the bike deal. Then I did not know if he was asking me to act. Then when I went to doctor, the german doctor told me that I am fine while the paksitani doctor (the paksitani doctor was his friend and refered me to him) told me that I had terrible condition. By that time, the Brett dude had successfuly brain washed me with all the pills of painkillers from doctor to leave any connection with my family, sense of self, & here I am. Once again, the only think that kept me going was instagram or taking pictures for instagram so I can stay alive with a purpose.

If I could rate this small team 10 stars, I would. You will not find more gifted, intelligent, skilled, thorough, compassionate, and caring Orlando car accident lawyers. They are the ultimate professionals. They were very diligent and aggressive throughout the proceedings, with the defense attorney and insurance company. I rarely write reviews. But these lawyers really made it happen, in a big way. The case was a lot more involved than I ever thought it would be. But they explained what they were doing every step of the way. In the end, I couldn't have been more satisfied, and actually really shocked that the outcome was so good. There were some problems in my case, including that the other drive was lying like crazy. But they proved he was wrong by thoroughly questioning him, and a few people who saw the accident. Definitely five stars for me!

When a totally careless driver crossed the median and hit my car head on, I was rushed to the hospital with several serious injuries, requiring emergency surgery. I was very worried about how I would pay my bills because I knew I wasn't going to be able to work for quite a while. I called a few other law firms but couldn't get my questions really answered. Then a close personal friend recommended Tina Willis Law and I couldn't have been happier. I consider myself very fortunate to have found this small wonderful team of people, who were very compassionate about my situation, and took plenty of time explaining the entire process. They never rushed me and explained exactly how the case would be handled, and every step of the process. They were extremely professional and able to deal with the biggest insurance company and a big company defendant. They fought hard for me and I was THRILLED with the outcome, needless to say! The insurance company made a lot of unfair arguments and refused to pay until forced. I didn't enjoy going through a legal process, but this team made the experience a pleasure during a difficult time of my life. Thank you very much for a job well done. You should call them NOW! !

After bouncing around with another large law firm for a few terrible weeks I was extremely impressed from the minute I called Tina Willis Law. They have a small team of people, with very impressive legal backgrounds, experience, and success, who excel at the most serious injury and death cases. I think that's because of how much attention to detail they put into their case preparation. After fearing for my life during a terrifying auto accident with a semtruck and dealing with lots of medical treatment, including multiple surgeries, which I never expected to need, I very much appreciated their care and concern about my well being, and their constant focus on maximizing my case value. They started by explaining what I needed to do in terms of ongoing medical care, and they gathered other evidence needed to prove that I wasn't at fault, and how much my injuries changed my life, which was in many ways. Then they kept me informed every step of the way. I always knew what was happening in my case, which gave me a sense of control. Their entire staff was very responsive and gave me their cell numbers for calling or texting whenever I had questions. They usually replied immediately, or within a few hours max. Their very hard work, and attention to more details than I ever realized would matter, led to the best outcome I could have imagined. There were many times when they took actions that I don't think other law firms would have taken, to ensure that my medical records and other case evidence were there best they could be, which gave us the strongest arguments against the insurance company at the mediation. I hope and pray I never need to go through this again. But if I do, there is no way I would hire any other law firm. I rate them 10 out if 10. Highly recommend calling this law firm if you want the best!!

Ken is the best at what he does! Any questions I had he was there to answer with a quick call on his personal cell. Explained things things so you don’t have to have a law degree to understand.
