Let me first say that I am not a fan of google reviews, but.... Upon reviewing this website, I was shocked to see such a negative review addressing Kathy, the legal secretary of this firm. I have known Kathy for over 30 years. Not only is she an integral asset to this firm, she is a caring, intelligent lady that I am proud and blessed to call friend.

I’m leaving this review because the secretary within herself is just plain rude. As someone of law when your treating them with kindness you would think they could at least do the same in return as you could be a potential client in the future. But within the secretary herself it just shows the perspective and the image of the company and who would want to hire anyone with a negative welcoming and someone like that representing them.

I would like to share my experience. When I first spoke with the law firm I was comfortable at the very beginning. Bailey was friendly informational and concerned.. She was always available to talk about any concerns that I may have had. Josh was also very friendly and got me to the person I needed to talk to in a timely manner. The law firm kept me updated always. The law firm never made promises however everything they told me happened in the order they told me. I would recommend this law firm to anyone that’s in my circle of life that needs an attorney. Greatly appreciated Josephine Johnson

Worked mostly with Iris Perez as my case manager & Johnny. Both were awesome /responsive and answered any questions or concerns I had quickly. Just make sure if you have to go to a doctor /chiropractor that you do your research on fees and understand your treatment process so you can get the maximum from a potential settlement as opposed to paying out excessive medical fees... Your welcome.

My accident case was with a different law firm initially & Nothing was done,Over 3 years later I got the Jaspon firm to take over & not only did they move quickly to get my case settled, they were very Professional and Always kept me in the loop with what was being done. I used The Jaspon Firm in Orlando for an auto accident. I do not live in FL, but they were so easy to work with. Gerry could not have been anymore nicer and had amazing customer service every time I called. Mr. Jaspon was also great and pleasant to deal with. I diffidently received world class service from all of his staff during my settlement. He did the entire settlement in a very timely fashion. You will not be disappointment when using them. A very hard working group of people.

I’m so happy that my coworker referred me to Payer Law Group. They are one-of-a-kind people that really care about you and your well-being. When I went for my initial work comp consultation, aside from meeting with the paralegal, I met with Attorney Chris Payer directly. I had a bad slip and fall accident back in 2017. I had consultations with several attorneys who told me I didn’t have a case and proving fault would be too difficult. Tom Dennis reached out to me and worked on my case for close to four years, he is a true professional. Tom personally kept in touch over the years, he made sure I was aware of every step in the process. He is compassionate, genuine and transparent. I was referred to Michael Damaso and his firm the middle of January 2021 after a terrible car accident that left me injured and confused at the hands of a driver who "didnt feel like stopping" at a red light. The same day I was referred to him I was already receiving a call later that day, Mr .Damaso was very concerned about me and my injuries and made sure I didnt worry about anything but getting better. Once I was out of the hospital he sat down and explained exactly how this lawsuit was going to go for me...where I could understand it, and made sure I did. He walked me through everything I needed to do for him to help him; help me with this case. He assured me him and his amazing assistant Mimi would handle everything, that I only needed to send him copies of any bill's ,paperwork etc I received regarding my case. He kept in contact with me through the next couple months and always was most concerned about me, not the money! He made sure 100% that their were nothing he was overlooking or missing that could help me with the damages to my car and myself. I couldn't work, drive or do much of anything for awhile. Finally in June he called me stating he thinks hes done it and was sure I would be pleased with the outcome of his months of hard and dedicated work he put into my case. I could not be happier. Michael Damaso and his law firm are my Godsend, helped me get way more than I was ever expecting out of this case. My husband & I recently had a great experience working with our attorney, Roger Hatfield from Morgan and Morgan in Orlando, Fl on an insurance claim that kept being denied to cover the roof damage on a home we own in Orlando. We were very impressed from the beginning on his experience, knowledge, professionalism, and mostly his responsiveness on keeping us informed on the status of the claim. We have gone through this process before with another claim & law office with poor results. So I can assure that Roger knows this industry well & how to work best in getting you claim resolved in as timely a fashion as possible. The end result was our claim was processed & we are very happy that we choose Roger & would work with him again in the future if needed!

I always assumed that they were the best place to go to when you needed some type of representation. I was correct in my assumption. After having experienced a small claim, it was so wonderful to have them communicate with me on regular intervals as well as always responding to all of my inquiries. Now, I was a small case and they took the time for me. That is the key. If they took time for me, they will take the time for everyone. I am very appreciative and they have earned my respect.

They are the best law firm I work with and any law firm any better and he's company Morgan Morgan is the best. But they still work on my case I'll give them a ten star if I can. It is long progress, but I will work with you. If you keep them updated. That will give you every penny that you need I heard good things about them or hear them all over the radio. I know his brother went through got hurt back in day. It so sad how got treated by other doctor's. It seems like I'm going through same thing's, hopefully my case of work out very soon. I am suffering through a lot and losing money also. But hopefully I'll get all that back I am suffering so much my wife and my family is kind of keeping this together I'm so stressful right now but I believe they're going to get my stress free very soon. Calling Joe was one of the best decisions I made in my situation. His knowledge and understanding of my case was not only impressive, but gave me the peace of mind that I was being well taken care of and represented with class from the start. His word was always gold and follow through was on point EVERY time. He would call when he said he would and follow up when promised. I never felt in the dark throughout the process even when some moments were harder to face than others. We came to this law office for help with an appearance only for a disability hearing. I had done all of the paperwork while living in NY. After having to relocate to FL, we had the case transferred to FL also. Again after doing ALL of the work on my own, we turned to this office for an appearance only on the case. The case was awarded and we were charged $6k for it. When we contacted the office to question the fee and I was told the attorney wasn’t there, I believe was out due to surgery or something (honestly not sure of the reason) and there was nothing they would do. We feel we were robbed of an easy $6k from this office. There is no way they deserved that much more or put that much time into it. I did all of the work. Due to circumstances under the rules, there was/is no recourse. Typical attorney out for the most money. I can say this because I’ve been in the profession for over 20 years, I’ve seen it all. If I could reduce to zero stars I would. Think twice.

If I could rate this small team 10 stars, I would. You will not find more gifted, intelligent, skilled, thorough, compassionate, and caring Orlando car accident lawyers. They are the ultimate professionals. They were very diligent and aggressive throughout the proceedings, with the defense attorney and insurance company. I rarely write reviews. But these lawyers really made it happen, in a big way. The case was a lot more involved than I ever thought it would be. But they explained what they were doing every step of the way. In the end, I couldn't have been more satisfied, and actually really shocked that the outcome was so good. There were some problems in my case, including that the other drive was lying like crazy. But they proved he was wrong by thoroughly questioning him, and a few people who saw the accident. Definitely five stars for me!

When a totally careless driver crossed the median and hit my car head on, I was rushed to the hospital with several serious injuries, requiring emergency surgery. I was very worried about how I would pay my bills because I knew I wasn't going to be able to work for quite a while. I called a few other law firms but couldn't get my questions really answered. Then a close personal friend recommended Tina Willis Law and I couldn't have been happier. I consider myself very fortunate to have found this small wonderful team of people, who were very compassionate about my situation, and took plenty of time explaining the entire process. They never rushed me and explained exactly how the case would be handled, and every step of the process. They were extremely professional and able to deal with the biggest insurance company and a big company defendant. They fought hard for me and I was THRILLED with the outcome, needless to say! The insurance company made a lot of unfair arguments and refused to pay until forced. I didn't enjoy going through a legal process, but this team made the experience a pleasure during a difficult time of my life. Thank you very much for a job well done. You should call them NOW! !

After bouncing around with another large law firm for a few terrible weeks I was extremely impressed from the minute I called Tina Willis Law. They have a small team of people, with very impressive legal backgrounds, experience, and success, who excel at the most serious injury and death cases. I think that's because of how much attention to detail they put into their case preparation. After fearing for my life during a terrifying auto accident with a semtruck and dealing with lots of medical treatment, including multiple surgeries, which I never expected to need, I very much appreciated their care and concern about my well being, and their constant focus on maximizing my case value. They started by explaining what I needed to do in terms of ongoing medical care, and they gathered other evidence needed to prove that I wasn't at fault, and how much my injuries changed my life, which was in many ways. Then they kept me informed every step of the way. I always knew what was happening in my case, which gave me a sense of control. Their entire staff was very responsive and gave me their cell numbers for calling or texting whenever I had questions. They usually replied immediately, or within a few hours max. Their very hard work, and attention to more details than I ever realized would matter, led to the best outcome I could have imagined. There were many times when they took actions that I don't think other law firms would have taken, to ensure that my medical records and other case evidence were there best they could be, which gave us the strongest arguments against the insurance company at the mediation. I hope and pray I never need to go through this again. But if I do, there is no way I would hire any other law firm. I rate them 10 out if 10. Highly recommend calling this law firm if you want the best!!
