Back in 2009 I hired this attorney to representing me in a slip and fall case. After two years of taking therapy, medical exams and all kind of studies, Mr. Garcia sent me a letter refusing representation with no justification. I asked him about the reason for this decision and he did not give me a satisfactory answer. Be careful before hiring this attorney. I was referred to Michael Damaso and his firm the middle of January 2021 after a terrible car accident that left me injured and confused at the hands of a driver who "didnt feel like stopping" at a red light. Just when we thought that our hope was lost, God put Mantia law firm in our path.
