As a parent, you never want to get a call that your child has been involved in a serious motor vehicle accident. That was the case when my daughter, who was attending college in Florida at the time , was struck by a reckless driver. First off I want to say if I could give Jeff 1000 stars I would. He got me the settlement amount you hear about in the big firms "testimonial"/ commercials... with the one on one attention of a smaller firm. I couldnt be more happier. Jeff almost ALWAYS answers his phone personally, if he cant he will text you and let you know when he can call you back. The few times I've spoken to his assistant, she was just as professional and attentive as Jeff. I reccomend Mr. Rosenberg's firm if any friends are in an unfortunate accident as he was referred to me by a close friend. With Jeff's help he made a bad situation help turn my life around. This firm is the best! In September, my dad was hit by a car. I live in Chicago and didn't know who I could trust with a very complicated situation. Another attorney referred me to Bruce. When I got to Florida, we met to discuss the situation. We needed to settle our lawsuit quickly, my dad was eighty eight years old, badly injured, and had other medical issues. Bruce was ALWAYS available when we needed him. He came to the hospital to talk with my dad because I asked him to. He came to the nursing home to talk to my dad and I. He provided a lot of moral support and was compassionate about a devastating situation for our family. He also managed to get a maximum settlement from our insurance in just SEVEN WEEKS. I don't think anyone else could have managed this. He is a true professional. The people in his office were as nice as he was. It was a blessing to have this firm helping us. I was recently represented by Bruce Silver after getting into a near head on collision (not my fault) that left me injured. He was great because he was super professional and thorough. Not only did he explain the details of the case with me so I could understand it fully, he made sure I got the treatment necessary but covered by the insurance company. The best part was that I did what I had to do and he handled the rest- I didn’t have to revisit that traumatic experience because he only called me to check in or let me know how the case was going. I would rate Bruce Silver 10 stars if I could! I had a few attorneys for automobile crashes, not caused by me, and Bruce is by far the one to go to if you want the most money an attorney can get you. We are victims and we shouldn’t have to suffer the costs when we don’t have to! Forget those extra large firms that have 20 or so attorneys, they won’t handle your claim in such depth to get you what you are entitled to, and Bruce Silver will and does! My case should have been a simple open and shut matter. The team got me more than I thought I was going to receive but, after the settlement had been signed and was ready for dispersal somebody from the opposing side came out of left field and essentially committed fraud to try and shake us down for more money that they were not legally entitled to. Unfortunately this person did have the ability to tie the thing up in the courts for an almost unlimited amount of time and Dave and Joe specifically but the entire shiner team fought like hell for me and put in a lot of time and effort that went above and beyond because they are good people and as they say they can't stand to see the little guy get bullied by a massive corporation

If I can give a 0 stars I will, I got in my accident in 2016 and my case just been settle now in 2021, for one communication is horrible! You won’t hear from them until you call them, they don’t care about your case they do the bare minimum. The passenger who was in the car with me at the time receive his check before me and received more money then me, I never got compensated for my car just bodily injury… I been waiting on my check for a month I signed all the paperwork. Every time I call they lie and say there on Lunch! Please if your think about letting them represent you, RUN.

They play to many money games. What u get vs what u get does not add up. Then you have to harass them to get your money when you do settle. ????????‍♀️????????‍♀️????????‍♀️????????‍♀️ UPDATE: It has been 2 mths since I signed for the settlement check and I still don’t have it. We planned a family trip thinking we may have a bonus. SMH talk about don’t put the cart b4 the horse. #totaldisappointment
