On April 27, 2015 I was involved in a very bad automobile accident on I-95. Thankfully I suffered minimal injury to my body. Unfortunately my car was not so lucky. After surveying the damage my insurance company decided that the damage to my car was so extensive that they wrote the car off as a "total loss." The insurance company then offered me a settlement of over $5,000 less than what I still owed on the car. I had purchased my car only a year earlier. It was 2 years old, and I was under the impression that by purchasing it used I was getting it at close to its real value. My insurance company saw it differently, and despite several lengthy phone calls with several different departments, my insurance company would not budge on how much they would offer me. At that point I was distraught twice - suffering through the trauma of the car accident, and then the additional trauma of my insurance company telling me I would have to come out of pocket with $5,500 to pay off the difference between what they were giving me and the amount I still had left to pay on my car loan. Around that time I spoke with Ryan Wynne of Slinkman, Slinkman & Wynne about my situation. I told him after my extensive conversations with my insurance company that I was assured there was nothing they would do to offer me anything more. Ryan asked that I give him a chance. If he was unable to get anything, it was not going to cost me any money, as Slinkman, Slinkman & Wynne only gets paid if they are able to get you money, as well. Over the final 6 months of 2015 and into the beginning of 2016 Ryan would update me every 6 to 8 weeks or so of his dealings with my insurance company. I honestly thought there was no way he would get me another penny, although I was impressed with his tenacity and his acumen. Then, in the middle of March of last year, Ryan called me to tell me that he had gotten my insurance company to agree to pay more. It covered a significant portion of the difference between what I owed and what they gave me originally. To this moment I am still amazed at how Ryan Wynne was able to pull that off. And, even more so that he stayed on the case through all those months when the law firm's payoff was not going to be hundreds of thousands or even tens of thousands of dollars. If you are involved in any type of personal injury case I highly recommend the law firm of Slinkman, Slinkman & Wynne. Their knowledge, experience and willingness to see your case through until you get a favorable settlement is the best I have witnessed from a law firm. This company is by far the worst law office I have dealt with. They do not respond within 24 hours like they do. I called over and over within a month ths time and never got a response. I have done most the work for them and they expect to get paid for the little to no work they have done. They do not give any assistance when asked. They cut you off mid sentence when trying to explain what you need assistance for. Do not use this law group for anything you might need help for especially if it is a complex case.

They took my case then dumped me waisting my precious time while in need and short of time and energy. They mixed me up with someone else repeatedly. This is unethical by the way. Attorneys have rules of ethics to abide by and you can report them for not. Most people just do not know this. Pass the word cause attorneys also tend to cover each other and this can be why you can't get your medical needs met in a reasonable amount of time. They don't like to report another attorneys violations of timely response.

I have personally been with this firm for years now. I have been on and off due to personal reasons, but Carissa is amazing and she understands that life gets in the way. The case load is very manageable for someone who can handle it. The system is very easy and self explanatory. When I started working there, I had to do a working interview. That, basically, is a way for them to see how well you can manage the system and manage to do the tasks required of you. Obviously, if you do not get hired, you will not get paid for those hours. All in all, both of the attorneys are smart, respectable, understanding women and I am proud and honored to say I work for their firm. They provide convenient ways in order to continue working. I could not ask for a better opportunity.

Where to start… You know when in hindsight you think and say ‘I wish I would have found someone else?’ well this isn’t it, of all the things that went wrong the day that I got rear-ended, the best thing was to call Mr. Ray Ledezma. WOW!! he called me back immediately and I met with him next day, he was genuinely concerned about me and explained the whole scenario to me. This was without knowing what the other person’s insurance limits were. I’m so thankful that I read some reviews like this that made me take the best decision that day. I could have called one of those big companies that you see or hear advertisements for, and they would have paired me up with a paralegal and a Junior attorney, I can almost see it, I wouldn’t have gotten half of what I did. You need someone like Mr. Ledezma to be involved in every aspect of the case so you can get the best outcome, you’d ask… ‘yeah but how do I know that he can fight for me better than the big companies?... I’ll tell you how I know, we were against one of the biggest law firms in commercial insurance litigation ( I wish I could say who they were), and a battery of attorneys were copied on every single court document, not to mention that they were representing one of the biggest names in insurance Coverage. Right before we started trial ‘they’ came to us wanting to settle the case after not being even reasonable at mediation. It was like that movie Rain Maker with Matt Damon, well this wasn’t Ray Ledezma’s first rodeo he has plenty of experience. and we didn’t get to meet Danny the Vito Long story short, if you are reading this because you need help and have been in an accident? WHAT are you doing??? Call Ray Ledezma right away and seek some medical help!! You will be forever grateful you did, and you can thank me later. P.S. I’m not a family member or related to him, however I’d like to think of him as a Friend that has helped me and my family in one of the most difficult times in my life, and has gotten me more money than I thought I would get… What are you still reading? , CALL HIM!!

Michelle Delong is truly the best! My wife had a procedure the day after our second child was born that had an incident happen. She spent sometime in the hospital and was out of work for awhile recovering.
