I am very satisfied with my experience with Mr. Bianco and his assistant Holly. They both have excellent communication skills. I had a significantly complicated case with 2 car accidents 10 days apart and neither were my fault. Separating injuries and filing necessary paperwork was overwhelming and time consuming. I would recommend Scott and his team to anyone, and have actually asked how far his reach goes in Florida. Once you find someone you trust, especially in law, you don’t want to work with anyone else. He and his team took the best care of me and my mom. They looked out for us, were kind and compassionate, humans and advocated for our care. Scott has a paramedic background which is a benefit when it comes to auto accidents, he’s seen a lot and understands what’s happening in the body, or what might be needed in care. It brings a different approach to how he advocates for his clients. Both my mom and I were client of Scott McPherson following a car accident. We were initially told that the individual who rear ended us at a stoplight didn’t have any car insurance and there was nothing we could do. Both of pain following the accident and both us had concerns of the accident causing further issues. Scott and his team were able to help us get medical care through our car insurance, even helped me find the doctors to take care of as several of my general doctors didn’t take auto accidents. They followed us through the whole process and fought for us to have great care and to heal properly. They also worked with our auto insurance to see that we wouldn’t have to pay for the actions of someone else. I know what they say about lawyers and how scary it can be to try and find the right one. I can’t say enough good things about Scott and his team! Anytime I had questions or needed anything from understanding a bill, to being unsure about a procedure or doctor, they were there to talk it through with me! I’m thoroughly grateful for them and while I hope I’m never in this situation again, I will always recommend them, and wouldn’t hesitate to call them!

This past Tuesday, I got into a car accident that was frankly, quite scary. The experience left me disoriented, shaken, and overwhelmed with what "next steps" needed to be taken. Thanks to Nicole Pearlman, and the whole Denmon & Pearlman team, I didn't have to worry about those next steps. They quickly took over and set me up with medical appointments, a rental car, car inspection.... leaving me the ability to focus on spending those initial hours processing the accident and later, days spent on healing physically and emotionally. I had to resolve an issue with real estate created by my divorce lawyer’s mistake. We interviewed 4 other attorneys who were non commital about what they could do, a couple said I should pay off my ex to resolve.Paul Knudsen in the New Port Richey office looked at the case and felt we had a valid case and was confident he could help. He did just that ! Resolved the situation AND got half of my legal fees from my ex. He’s very smart and well respected in the courts. Definitely has our highest recommendation!!

Klarika wasted my son's $3500 retainer fee on emails that said nothing pertinent to his case. Then wouldn't return his phone calls, so he called the main office to speak with Mr. Denmon. Never received a return call. Finally, someone explained to my son that nothing can be done until a "case number" is assigned. Would have been nice to know this $3500 ago!

I slipped and fell inside of a fast food restaurant that i will not disclose the name of at the moment because my case is actually still going on. I just want to say thank you though to Matt Dolman for doing such an excellent job so far. They've already offered us settlements that were in the range of what we were looking for, but Matt thought we could get more. And so did I. And he was correct. There is a good chance by next week i'll know more and likely be settling for a much higher amount. I am ecstatic right now!

I'll never for get i was on the highway one day and all of a sudden found myself in a motorcycle accident. Next thing ya know I'm lying in a hospital bed at medical center of trinity waiting to get the first of 2 shoulder surgeries. I decided to pursue legal action because this was not my fault so i reached out to Matt Dolman who i was told was a experienced motorcycle lawyer in the area. Matt came through for me in my case and got me a very large recovery. He even came and saw me in the hospital after I had to go back for my second surgery.

I have had him as my attorney since 2016. He adviced my case would only take 6 mnths to a 1 year. It has been 4 yrs n 4 mnths later my case was settled 3 years ago and he still hasn't closed my case. He advised he will contact me n always have the same excuse and when I call he have to make a appointment 3 to 4 days out to speak to me on the phone instead of coming to the phone and advising he have no new change. Then when he calls he gives me 5 mins of his time or less to say the same thing. They always saying they filed paperwork and its 4 yrs n 4months later n the paper they say they filed come to find out they have not. They told me my DAUGHTER BIRTH CERTIFICATE was filed 3 yeard ago and im just finding out it just git filed and still giving me the run around. I am soo over this place. I have been patient n i let him handle me. I have kept my patients and now it has run thin.Take it from me dont go. I let these people walk all over me. And im starting to think its foul play in this. He was nice but its always a pushover nice feeding me the same lies. And im over. DONT GO WORST ATTORNEY OF MY LIFE AND MY FIRST ONE AT THAT????????????????????????????????????????????

I had a matter to settle with an estate. Before meeting Mr. Beam, my situation was dragging on for over 2 years. I got in contact with him to check over my paperwork and see if everything was going the way that it should. He was able to explain everything to me immediately after seeing the paperwork during our initial consultation. Mr. Beam understood that I am young, and not the wealthiest. Before taking my money and representing me, he gave me advice on how I should proceed. This gave me an opportunity to help speed up the process myself and possibly save myself money; this is the sign of a good hearted person. He mentioned that I give him a call if I hit a road block so he can help, as I did. Not only did Mr. Beam end up solving my problems shortly after signing the paperwork, he also managed to save me money , time, and the inconvenience of feeling like nobody was on my side or working hard enough to help my cause. Lastly, the people in the front and the paralegals are quick, responsive, very kind, and welcoming. 5-star firm undoubtedly
