They sent me a draft and I emailed them changes as well as discussed over the phone. I felt comfortable throughout and unhurried as I read through the package. Joseph and Tiffany were amazing, they took great care of me and were genuine in there concern for me and the car accident that happened. Tiffany was very helpful and answered all my questions promptly and was very attentive to me, Joseph as well. Weather in person or over the phone they both took really great care of my need and at the end of it all I was happy. Resolved the car accident case in mediation over 5 compressed vertebrae, but was told by Karatinos that if I wanted to go to trial, I would have to cut my hair and shave my beard. I was told to settle for less than a fraction of the surgery costs to repair my back. Also orthopedic surgeon out of Palm Harbor, Orthopedic Specialists, told me I had a strong back and not to worry. This was a few years back and I'm already filing for disability. Find another attorney, they are not out to see your body healed, only concerned with their bottom dollar. I was 28. Based on the blatent nonsense received as a reply to my Google review, and the fact that I cannot reply to your response, I chose to edit my original review. I only have to say that you should pull my paper work and verify that you know what you're talking about. I can assure you with 100% certainty that this is where I was seen by the surgeon, who was scheduled by your firm, and paid with a portion of my final settlement. Same way you were paid. And you can call me if you wish to discuss my negative review. You have my number. Thank you.
