Highly recommended! I had an issue with my driver's getting cancelled and in less than 24 hours Jenica had my license re-instated. I LOVE riding my bike. Who doesn’t? But one sunny Florida day I was hit by a driver texting on their phone. This forever changed my life, and while I’m back to riding again, its not without its challenges. Matthew from John Bales Attorneys was a delight to work with. He really cared about my case and making sure I was well taken care of. Given that I couldn’t drive, they even sent out people to meet with me at my home. In the end we achieved a serious settlement that not only paid my medical bills, but made up for time off work and then some.

This particular Law Firm is really amazing, they are extremely efficient and very reliable! I can't express the gratitude I have for Attorney Marc Nussbaum and his Paralegal Sonia. They are both truly amazing! I was in a hit and run car accident back in May 2020 & I thought there wasn't much that could be done for me and my injuries but Marc and Sonia both fought hard to make sure I was given the benefits and care I deserved. Marc made sure to answer all my legal questions along the way and throughout the process Sonia was always so attentive and caring. They never made me feel like I was just a case, but rather that they really valued how I felt and made sure I had clarity throughout this uncertain process. They made it clear that even though insurance companies can be intimidating and this process is new for most, they will fight for you and your rights when you are injured. I highly recommend if God forbid you are ever in an accident you call Reeder & Nussbaum, P.A. so they can answer any questions you have and help make you feel comfortable through something hopefully none of us have ever been thru before but something that can be very intimidating especially when insurance companies are involved.

“Fighting amongst themselves” is a better mantra for this law firm instead of “fighting for families.” This “law firm” has absolutely no integrity. Their website promises that your family’s case will be in such great hands with full access to attorneys. I spoke to Frank once in 4 years. That’s how long they sat on my case and did absolutely nothing until the statute was nearly up. They caused my family tremendous pain and stress by making immediate demands on me last minute and telling me that I needed to comply immediately so I didn’t look bad in front of the Judge. At the last minute, they aggressively demanded complex information from me while my family was in a crisis. We were facing life alternating changes in which my son had newly become disabled after having sustained multiple trauma’s, and he had been hospitalized for 2 weeks. Their compassion? Frank Butler didn’t have the manhood to tell me he was dropping my case....He left the status of my case a mystery until the opposing side blindsided me with court papers. They simply dropped my case, leaving me with the mess and further stress of the other party’s attorney threatening to counter sue me, knowing I had no representation. They’re not good people. They do not care about you or your family.

Several weeks ago my husband and I had contacted Mr. Butler regarding a refund which the company informed us would not be possible, only to provide us with a cash voucher good for 2 years. Because of the present situation with Covid 19, we required the money now and was disappointed. We contacted Mr. Butler and his professionalism and his staff said they would look into the situation. Within a week Mr. Butler contacted us with an immediate settlement. He did not ask for any fees at the start of the investigation and at the end I asked him. He replied that this was a courtesy. I have never and will never see this in a law firm. Now I have a trusted attorney for all my future legal matters. You are the best Frank!!

I've used Walt's services for over a decade ranging from simple business filings for a non-profit, small business law, family law, general legal advise and even complex criminal dealings and insurance matters. When he can help he does it to the fullest of his abilities. And when its beyond his scope of services he refers you to other attorneys who can better serve your direct needs. Can you think of another attorney who will DIRECTLY (not via receptionist or assistant) respond to your emails not only within an hour but likely within minutes, and at all hours of the day/night? Walt does. He's attentive, wildly knowledgeable in many aspects of the law, thorough, and I generally get the sense that he personally cares about getting the best outcome for you - whatever that may be. But he takes the time to explain everything so that you are fully informed about the processes and why things might be done one way as opposed to another. That's important to me. I'm not a big fan of lawyers. I know a few lawyer jokes that ring wildly true for most lawyers that I've dealt with in the past. I've not had great interactions with attorneys by large degree. Most seem merely consumed by the bottom dollar - their bottom dollar. If they can not make a quick buck off you then they have no time for you. But Walt is unlike any attorney I've ever dealt with before, and whenever anyone asks me if I know any good attorneys... only one comes to mind... and that is Walt Blenner.
