I wouldn't give one star but no choice Obviously the investigator they sent was just ready to call it a day. He would ask a question and then be on his phone when I answered him. By mid point of our whole 20min i finally was like I'm not sure i am a case u all even want i dont wanna waste your time (meaning whatever was so important to him on his phone) or mine. Back to square one

Back in 2009 I hired this attorney to representing me in a slip and fall case. After two years of taking therapy, medical exams and all kind of studies, Mr. Garcia sent me a letter refusing representation with no justification. I asked him about the reason for this decision and he did not give me a satisfactory answer. Be careful before hiring this attorney. His team is very friendly and professional, but the ending could be frustrating.

Morgan and morgan is a total joke...i called for a slip and fall accident for a family member and they had me on hold more then they were taking information.. then i told them that the person had a broken wrist with screws and plates and they wanted her to sign some documents while holding the phone with 1 working hand..mind you shes a older woman with an older phone..such a stressful situation..PLEASE, if u have time and dont want to be stressed out...look for another lawfirm...

Wife got hit by a person who failed to stop at a sign. They were Puerto Rican and wasn’t licensed to operate a vehicle. Hired this firm and it was totally lack luster!!! Understand folks, unless You carry huge medical coverage for your own policy they will drop you like a hot potato! I don’t recommend them for anything!!! Their slogan should not be for the people but rather for the Money!!! They are a total Joke!!!
