Called for a consultation and was quickly discouraged. The woman over the phone attitude sucked really bad. After briefly telling my case, my apprehension about suing, and just wanting some insight, I was asked in a very snotty tone "Ma'am do you want to sue or not?". To which I replied, I am confused and would like to know if I have a case. My statement was met with a huff followed by being placed on a brief hold for her to check with someone about giving me a yes or no on Morgan and Morgan taking on my case. She returned after a 3-5 minute hold time to enthusiastically tell me no. At which point I felt relieved. 0 stars

I choose Morgan&Morgan because of the good reviews, but they lack professionalism. I’m speaking from my experience.. I called them and my case was accepted, but 2-3 weeks went by with no contact from my lawyer. Ms.Cami hall texted me a couple times about a paper needing to be signed, but not once did we speak about my case. I never got any expectations or anything. Because of the lack of communication I finally decided to call to tell them I would like to proceed with another lawyer due to being ignored and my call was never returned. So I called Ms. Cami Hall she didn’t answer and I texted her to tell her my concerns and my text wasn’t even returned. I don’t know what to say about this law firm other than they pick and choose which cases they want to work with. Thank goodness I found another lawyer before it was to late because I lost my car and I’m injured, but obviously the team at Morgan & Morgan didn’t care.

Rarely have I awarded 5* to a business (or attorney) I’ve not patronized, but that changed today. I called in this morning with the intention of retaining services for a legal matter I was interested in pursuing. Understandably, this would have been a hefty financial investment on my end. Joe spent 30 minutes on the phone with me this morning; listening to every detail of my situation, provided expert advise & at the end...provided a totally different legal avenue than what I’d anticipated & saved me money rather than asking for it as a retainer! My wife was cited for a moving vehicle violation. We were fortunate to find Joe Cronk to represent her. Joe kept us informed about the process and predicted the outcome that he expected to achieve. Joe had a conflict with the court date, so his father Harold represented my wife in court. He did indeed achieve the results that were predicted. In short, they did what they said that they would do and achieved the outcome that they predicted. Both Joe and Harold are competent and know their way around the system. It is good to know that should we need services in the future, we have the Cronk team to call. I will not hesitate to call them. I highly recommend the Cronk team.

Legal issues can be difficult to go through, no matter what type of issues they may be. Attorney's Harold and Joe Cronk make the process much easier. Both attorney's are very knowledgeable (having over 35 years between them) which helps you feel more confident when asking questions. They were prompt and courteous and I would recommend them to anyone having legal troubles in their areas of expertise.

My husband and I were represented by Justin Jones from August 2020 through July 2021 for a 2018 car wreck where both of us were injured and our car was totaled. Justin and his team were very responsive and professional, and they were clearly highly experienced in handling this type of case. His fee is exactly on par with other firms for representation in this type of case. We settled with the at fault party’s insurance company for more than twice as much as their insurance company originally offered us PLUS reimbursement of our out of pocket medical expenses. Originally, we had not wanted to hire an attorney and just wanted a fair settlement from the insurance company directly. Unfortunately, it was not working out that way. We are happy with our decision to hire Justin. We are very pleased with the result and highly recommend Justin Jones.

This firm took a personal interest in ME as well as my claim. EVERY phone call, email and text was answered and/or returned. The legal process was explained to me so that I would understand and I basically did'n't need to concern myself with anything except to take care of my health. When it was all said and done Mr. Jones was able to settle my claim for the max with 2 separate insurance companies! But I mostly appreciate how I was treated throughout the whole ordeal. Excellent personal injury firm!!!

Last year, right in front of my driveway, I was in a vehicle accident which happened to be 2 hours after I purchased the car. My vehicle was totaled and I was without a set of wheels for about 4 months. Luckily I had heard of the Brown Firm since I work across the street from their office. I have never had to hire a lawyer before but this team made it very streamline and easy for me to follow without getting overwhelmed with paperwork or finances. The Absolute Worse. I will never go with a TV lawyer again. They did not compensate me for my vehicle although they said they would!! Did not keep communication. Case took close to 5 years for a Measly Puny Settlement & they charge/take the same amount as you... I do not feel they earned it! To top it off, I was sent someone else's settlement information, with all there info on it instead of mine at the end. I'm so lad I'm done with them. I will NEVER Ever recommend. You may have a better chance if you go elsewhere, I wish I did. Unprofessional. Just No!!!

My wife has been waiting 3yrs and 11 months to have her case settled and as of today it’s been settled but still no pay out. We had to pay medical bills out of pocket because they went into collections waiting on these people. If you want to be lied to, ignored and end up with medical bills in collections then this is the place to utilize. My wife has email communications saying she’ll receive the wire transfer on x date but still no deposit. She has sent them emails and no response. She’s also went months without hearing a word from them. The times she was able to talk to a person she was feed lies and given the run around by Molly and Emily. Go anywhere else except this place. I feel my wife’s pain because no one deserves to be treated as such.

Unfortunately I am unable to review how the Tate Law Group actually does in court. I was never able to talk to an actual lawyer and give more details on my ‘case’. I was only able to give highlights to an assistant over the phone, thinking I would be able to tell more detail on my case to the lawyer who could have been potentially helping me. That didn’t happen though, so my story was never given the chance to be heard. My phone call was never returned until I called back a few days later wondering if my information had even been reviewed. I’ll be consulting with a smaller firm in hopes that they’re willing to hear my story instead of dismiss me from a few overview details given by a receptionist.

I highly recommend Spiva Law Group. What really impressing me with Howard Spiva is the way he gives, gives, gives to his community thru his community outreach programs, especially his Kids in Helmets organization that provides free helmets to kids to protect them from head injuries. He is an incredible lawyer and person.

I had a legal issue I have been trying to rectify for over 15 years, I was referred to this practice and specifically JD Maines from a friend. I had my doubts bc I've delt with several lawyers for this same issue, payed money and had no results to say the least. After contacting this firm it was a very short time before I had a honest assessment of the situation at hand, they genuinely cared and long story short my situation was taken care of so i can now move on in life. Id lost all hope before making that call and it was the best decision I could've ever made.

Nye Law group is Amazing! For years my family have been clients with this law group. Jackie, where do I start? I lost my queen, my mom in May. Jackie was there for my family. When have you ever seen that happen with a law firm. Any questions I ever had she answered right away. She has a very calming spirit. They are very blessed to have her. She is very knowledgeable, and a person of her word. It is very hard to find a law firm that is truly there for you, and who actually cares about your case.

JD is by far one of the most professional individuals I have conducted business with in my life. I came to him with a serious case during a pandemic and it was resolved in a little over a month. He was straight forward from the day I met him. During the time I had an open investigation, he was very prompt with any updates he received with the detective. I was at a standstill with work and gave JD an update, he contacted the detective and within a couple of days I received news that the investigation had been dropped. I could tell JD was genuinely happy for me when it was all over. From my experience I would recommend the NYE law firm for anyone.

He really took care of me in a tough time. Medical bills were piling in and I was still out of work. He helped with the stress of figuring out what I was suppose to do since the insurance company decided they would only pay a portion of my bills. He knows what he’s doing and he kept me up to date and always emailed me back right away to answer any questions I had. I really appreciate his help and how he took me seriously. He explained everything I needed to know in a way I could understand. Everything he did was really appreciated and would use him again, if the time comes.

Let me tell you he was a light in a very dark place and was very helpful and extremely friendly and all around a very real person.
