Brian was a special kind of guy when I first established contact with him. I reached out to this firm at a time in my life when I was walking a journey that no parent should ever have to endure. My 17 year old baby boy had been murdered. Edward Wynn is an exceptional lawyer who is compassionate and dedicated to helping his clients in what they need. During the time he was assisting my family and I due to my son dying in a motorcycle accident, I was able to tell he genuinely cared about how things were and never made me feel uncomfortable when I had to take a little more time to process something. In 2018 I was hit by a drunk driver who fled the scene. Mr. Eichelzer guided me through the entire process of my case, and I was very grateful to have found him. I am not a ‘sue person’ but I knew that I needed help to get everything I was entitled to after suffering damages through no fault of my own. He has subsequently helped me through other, more minor cases. If you are questioning whether you need a lawyer, you do. If you decide not to seek representation, you will go without benefits that will help you and that you are entitled to. Mr. Eichelzer walked me through the whole process without me ever feeling like I was trying to pull one over or get anything above what I was entitled to. I only wanted what was reasonable and appropriate and he got me that, and it was way more than I expected it to be. I know lawyers have a bad reputation but Mr Eichelzer does not fit that stereotype. He’s a straight-up guy who will fight for you to get what you deserve.

As I sit here on the 1yr anniversary of a horrific car crash that nearly took my wife's life, I reflect on the relentless effort our attorney (and now friend) put forth on our behalf. My wife was an innocent passenger in a car that was recklessly driven at high speed by a careless driver who ultimately crashed head-on into another car causing great bodily harm to my wife and the other driver. To add insult to injury, false and slanderous claims were made against us. There were indeed some very dark times for us during the past year, but Robert Tidwell guided us through those tough times and saw us through until the end. He believed in us, protected us, comforted us, and fought for us. Whenever we were fearful, he reassured us, only the way he can, in his soothing steady voice that was on the other end of the phone when we needed it. While Robert Tidwell is a superb lawyer, that we wholeheartedly endorse and recommend, he is much more than that. He is a good man, great person and wonderful advocate. Robert Tidwell and his staff were so welcoming, personable, professional, responsive, and kind. At times I felt like we called and emailed too often, but they were always ready and available to answer our questions and respond promptly. I recently used Mr. Braun for a mediation in a car wreck case. He did an excellent job helping us to reach a fair resolution of the case. He treated my clients (the Plaintiffs) with respect and care while being straight forward about both the good and the bad of our case. He also pushed the insurance company to come up to a number where my clients were fairly compensated. Jamie Hernan is an incredible attorney. He is extremely knowledgeable in a broad range of the law. However, he will also refer you to another qualified attorney if he feels that lawyer is somehow better qualified in a particular area of the law. He always puts his clients interest 1st. Always. I was involved in an accident this year in April. The other driver was irate and I wasn't able to get any of her contact information. I did not even have her name. The police advise that I wait until the police report was file. This did not set well with me, I shared my concerns with my friend and she gave me Mr. Barnett's number. I explained what happened to Mr. Barnett and he took it from there. He was personable and professional. He explained EVERY detail to me about how he could assist and the good and the bad of what could happen as it related to my case. He even assisted with me locating a medical doctor for my treatment. My case was resolved relatively quickly and I did not have to worry about anything. Mr. Barnett would update me whenever he had new information. His major concern was not the amount of the settlement, but he wanted to make sure that I was better and nothing else was wrong. Mr. Barnett has a client for life, but I am NOT looking forward to being in another accident.

Would've given no stars, if possible. I got rear-ended on 75S and the occupants that hit me admitted on record to Georgia State Patrol that they were speeding. My experience was pleasant during the first couple of months as, Tiffany Baker, assisted during the process. However, my case got transferred to another young lady by the name of, Bridgette Hogan, during the ladder months of my case. The professionalism and courtesy immediately went out of the window and fallen to an abrupt demise. I would explain to, Bridgette, that my insurance covered my physical therapy and she would constantly insist that it did not. When my case concluded, I received a $4,000 check, approximately. I definitely felt that this was on the lower end being that a smaller, compact, car smashed the entire rear-end of my Chevrolet Tahoe and I had to be admitted to the ER, via EMS. These events transpired during January-August of 2019---fast-forward to present day, over two years later---I received a phone call from a debt collector stating that I owe $1995 for the EMS ride to the ER. I immediately called the firm and they transferred me to, Bridgette Hogan. Not to my surprise, she lacked ownership, stating that my case wasn't thoroughly looked over because she received the case from, Tiffany Baker, and that the officer's citation did not say that I went to the hospital, via EMS. I politely stated to the young lady that that is the entire purpose of hiring a lawyer to take the case. I, then, asked her,"Is there not a check list for you all and do you all not vet out each case thoroughly???" I mean, I could've done a better job myself and the audacity to take half of what was entitled to me I found disgusting. Tiffany, stated that she had sent an email to the lawyer, as I requested; however, I have not heard from anyone and it has been a week, now. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LAW FIRM for your accident!!!!!!!! If you've read this, you've been WARNED!!!!

Today I spoke with Ms. Christina Cook. Not only was she polite and professional she was also emphatic to what happened to me on my job. And she did two things that was not happening....she let me talk, and she HEARD AND LISTENED to my side of the incident; something that I wasn't getting from anybody. So as I start my day I am starting with a smile because my most High guided me to someone who is knowledgeable but still human, professional but still will make you feel right at home, understanding and able to show empathy. Someone hit my daughter in private parting lot and Monge and Associates set her up with doctor and constantly gave updates. They communicate about everything that comes up. I’ve never had to call them to follow up. And in less than 4 months had the case settled!! You won’t regret calling Monge and Associates. There really care about their clients.
