I was involved in a situation in which the employer was mishandling my medical treatment for an extensive amount of time and I was getting nowhere. I finally gave in to the most logical advise which I in hindsight should've done first. Contact someone who had my best interest. Bar none The Law offices of Nathaniel F. Best decision I made! Most professional and they take care of you! I was in an accident. My car was totalled and sustained a knee injury from the accident. The person at fault's insurance decided that this was 50/50 liability and basically dropped all expenses on me. I called Jon and made an appointment. I got the awesome opportunity to meet his team. He and Valerie are wonderful. The best words that Jon said was "let me handle it" and he did. He knew what her insurance should pay and got it. Healing from surgery that ultimately incurred as a result of the accident was difficult but knowing that John and Valerie was handling all the legalities was a relief. I have and will continue to highly recommend this law firm! They are winners!!

I chose Skibiel Law firm because the very first time I spoke with Mark Skibiel in regards to my worker's comp case, I felt at ease. After explaining my situation, answering my questions which were many, Mark Skibiel said "first we will focus on your medical, getting you well" I knew right then and there I made a good choice. Because at this firm the client is not just a case number, you become family. I received updates every week if not every other day on the status of my case. This by far has been the worst experience I have had to deal with when it comes to a law firm. I am highly unsatisfied with the lack of communication, consistency, and the overall experience. I would not recommend this firm at all. I have also been given the run arounds and never receive scheduled call backs for updates. I am to the point that I am about to end the case. This experience has been stressful and not a relief at all. I came here to support a Black Owned Business but I am learning that was a huge mistake because I trusted the wrong firm with my case. I am having so many regrets and the process has become stressful. I do sometimes wonder do the owner know the lack of services and commitment I have been receiving. I am still waiting on a call back from over a week ago. At this point they are showing me that they do not care about my case.
