Casey and Jennifer were truly amazing with me throughout my case. They stayed on top of all my bills and made sure I was able to walk away with a decent amount from my settlement. Casey was my top pick to handle my case in the beginning because when I called him to tell him about my case instead of talking about it over the phone, he came right over that same day to my house to discuss my case and what we want the outcome to be. I was on the fence of hiring an attorney after my car wreck. Thankfully, my husband’s co-worker recommended speaking to his wife, Rebecca, and it was the best decision we made. I received constant calls from Mr. Williams employee to convince me to allow Mr. Williams to represent me for a car accident that happened on 09/11/14. Well I gave in and in the very beginning I explained to Justin Williams that I was more interested in getting my car paid off. As, the young lady that hit me received citation and had to accept responsibility for the accident. As she made a left turn in front of me as I was going straight and my car was total. Which I had just bought that car about 6 mos. prior to that accident. Well Mr. Williams promised that he would get a check to cover the car. I even tired contacting the insurance company myself and was I advised that they could not speak to me in regards to the case because Mr. Justin Williams was representing me. Well, to fast forward to my complaint. Mr. Williams received a check for my bodily injury and had me sign for the check and stated he is working on getting the property damage claim done. Well that never happened. Once I signed for the bodily injury check I stop receiving calls from Mr. Williams and he dodged all of my calls thereafter. The car ended up on my credit report and I have been trying to rebuild my credit ever since. I had an excellent credit score prior to this accident. And, I was very clear when I advised Mr. Williams that the property damage claim was more important to me as I was wanted to increase my credit score not damage it. I tried to resolve that claim on my own since Mr. Williams was not returning my calls. But, again Angela Sangster from Geico refused to speak me as she kept saying I was being represented by an attorney. But, I guess the joke was on me as I was not being represented. Mr. Williams got what he wanted and that was money from my bodily injury claim and he was done with me. Threw me away like trash. !!!!!DO NOT USE THIS ATTORNEY HE DOES NOT CARE ABOUT HIS CLIENTS!!!! MAKE SURE YOU GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING!!!! MR. JUSTIN WILLIAMS I HOPE YOU HAVE A CONCONSCIENCE AND LEARN TO TREAT YOU CLIENTS RIGHT!!!!!!!

Justin WIlliams handled my personal injury case after I was involved in a bad car wreck on i-285. He was highly recommended by a friend, as someone who would actually listen to your story and take into account all of the aspects of the situation and events in order to ensure maximum compensation. I didn't want to go with an impersonal big billboard attorney like the one who was literally standing by my bed when I woke up after surgery at Grady Trauma Center, trying to get me to sign a contract before I even fully grasped were I was, or what had happened to me! After calling Justin, he waited until I was home from the hospital and drove to my house, 45 minutes away from his office, to meet and hear my story. As I recovered, Justin stayed in touch, checked in on my recovery, kept me posted regarding his progress and informed of what the next steps would be in getting an insurance settlement. When I found out how high my medical bills were, I only hoped there would be enough to cover most of it...but in the end I walked away with zero medical debt and a settlement check that covered my expenses while I recovered from my injuries. I highly recommend Attorney Justin Williams for who's been injured in an accident, especially if you want to feel like more than just another paycheck to your attorney.

I had a horrible accident in February when a tractor trailer ran a red light and hit me. I was in a trauma center for a week and when returning home a friend referred me to Mr. Singleton. When meeting on Zoom he was caring and carefully explained everything to myself and my daughter. Through the entire process he was willing to work with her and my grand-daughters on my behalf. He was very patient and understanding of my lack of legal terms and understanding of the process. My case was settled in exactly three months. Mr. Singleton came to my home and personally gave me my settlement. I would highly recommend him for any of your legal needs.

My mother was involved in a horrific accident involving a semi truck. She was hospitalized for 6 days and her injury could take up to a year to be back to normal. We contacted Mr. Singleton the day after she was released from the hospital. He immediately contacted us on a Zoom Meeting due to the Covid 19 Pandemic. Mr. Singleton made navigating this entire process so seamless. He was always very attentive and helpful. His response time to any question was almost immediate. Don Singleton was very helpful to us in settling my wife's auto claim. He worked to get the full policy limit carried by the other auto which struck my wife's car (who carried a low liability limit) and a settlement from our own automobile policy under the Uninsured/Underinsured Motorist Coverage. I have to be perfectly honest...I seem to have held a not so favorable opinion of attorneys in the past. Often times attorneys tend to be unhelpful and rude. But Brauns Law is different! They have been awesome to me! From the very beginning, the Brauns team took the time to actually explain my case, options and possible outcomes of my case. When you call Brauns law firm protect yourself from possible fraud. The receptionist will take all of your information , name number email all while they know they will not be able to help you. My question is why get all of that information? And what happens to it? I don't know the receptionist or what their life is involved in outside of work. Suggestion, Give a false name to protect yourself until you're ready to use their services. Something to think about for sure.

Would've given no stars, if possible. I got rear-ended on 75S and the occupants that hit me admitted on record to Georgia State Patrol that they were speeding. My experience was pleasant during the first couple of months as, Tiffany Baker, assisted during the process. However, my case got transferred to another young lady by the name of, Bridgette Hogan, during the ladder months of my case. The professionalism and courtesy immediately went out of the window and fallen to an abrupt demise. I would explain to, Bridgette, that my insurance covered my physical therapy and she would constantly insist that it did not. When my case concluded, I received a $4,000 check, approximately. I definitely felt that this was on the lower end being that a smaller, compact, car smashed the entire rear-end of my Chevrolet Tahoe and I had to be admitted to the ER, via EMS. These events transpired during January-August of 2019---fast-forward to present day, over two years later---I received a phone call from a debt collector stating that I owe $1995 for the EMS ride to the ER. I immediately called the firm and they transferred me to, Bridgette Hogan. Not to my surprise, she lacked ownership, stating that my case wasn't thoroughly looked over because she received the case from, Tiffany Baker, and that the officer's citation did not say that I went to the hospital, via EMS. I politely stated to the young lady that that is the entire purpose of hiring a lawyer to take the case. I, then, asked her,"Is there not a check list for you all and do you all not vet out each case thoroughly???" I mean, I could've done a better job myself and the audacity to take half of what was entitled to me I found disgusting. Tiffany, stated that she had sent an email to the lawyer, as I requested; however, I have not heard from anyone and it has been a week, now. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LAW FIRM for your accident!!!!!!!! If you've read this, you've been WARNED!!!!

Today I spoke with Ms. Christina Cook. Not only was she polite and professional she was also emphatic to what happened to me on my job. And she did two things that was not happening....she let me talk, and she HEARD AND LISTENED to my side of the incident; something that I wasn't getting from anybody. Someone hit my daughter in private parting lot and Monge and Associates set her up with doctor and constantly gave updates. They communicate about everything that comes up.
