Quality customer service seems hard to find at times and it’s important to me to be valued as a customer. Attorney Gilchrist did just that ensuring that I was informed every step of the way. There were times I’d call or send a quick email to clarify concerns, Attorney Gilchrist always made sure to respond swiftly and with the necessary information I needed. Overall, I would certainly continue to recommend her and her team. I’d also use her and her team again in the future should it become necessary. After going decades without speeding tickets all across the country, I managed to rack up 2 in a 2 month span in Georgia, one on I95 and another on I75. I planned to take a class to lower the impact to my record, but Georgia makes it nearly impossible to do so from out of state, so I called and spoke to Faith 2 days before my court date. For just a few $s more than the cost of my ticket fine and super speeder fine I was able to get it removed from my driving record and insurance record. Faith followed up the day after my court date, and all in all I couldn't be happier with the result. I do wish Georgia would ease up on the road piracy the smaller counties engage in, just like Florida did with Waldo and Stark. It's a really bad look for their state.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this office to help out with any legal needs. I received a speeding ticket in McIntosh county while passing through the state of Georgia. I was about to just pay the ticket when I received their flyer in the mail explaining what they would be able to accomplish for me. They were able to lessen my charge to a minor speeding infraction, with nothing going onto my record or being reported to my insurance. His paralegal Noel was extremely nice and kept in constant contact about what was going on. After I hired them, I didn’t need to do anything else. They handled it all. Top rate service and quality.

For my first ever experience needing a lawyer, I chose Brad and his team based upon the Google reviews. His team lives up to and exceeds the positive reviews. After being rear ended by a fully loaded dump truck, I hired Brad Mcclelland’s law firm. We received the police reply to discover that I was faulted for the accident. I was so disappointed. Brad assured me that based on the pictures and other evidence, it was NOT my fault. Brad’s team sent a letter and pictures to the county police office for review. Upon further investigation, the police amended the report and the truck driver was deemed at fault. Special thanks goes out to Jessie for assisting me. The entire team deserves 5 stars.

Last year, right in front of my driveway, I was in a vehicle accident which happened to be 2 hours after I purchased the car. My vehicle was totaled and I was without a set of wheels for about 4 months. Luckily I had heard of the Brown Firm since I work across the street from their office. I have never had to hire a lawyer before but this team made it very streamline and easy for me to follow without getting overwhelmed with paperwork or finances. My husband and I were represented by Justin Jones from August 2020 through July 2021 for a 2018 car wreck where both of us were injured and our car was totaled. Justin and his team were very responsive and professional, and they were clearly highly experienced in handling this type of case. His fee is exactly on par with other firms for representation in this type of case. We settled with the at fault party’s insurance company for more than twice as much as their insurance company originally offered us PLUS reimbursement of our out of pocket medical expenses. Originally, we had not wanted to hire an attorney and just wanted a fair settlement from the insurance company directly. Unfortunately, it was not working out that way. We are happy with our decision to hire Justin. We are very pleased with the result and highly recommend Justin Jones.

This firm took a personal interest in ME as well as my claim. EVERY phone call, email and text was answered and/or returned. The legal process was explained to me so that I would understand and I basically did'n't need to concern myself with anything except to take care of my health. When it was all said and done Mr. Jones was able to settle my claim for the max with 2 separate insurance companies! But I mostly appreciate how I was treated throughout the whole ordeal. The Absolute Worse. I will never go with a TV lawyer again. They did not compensate me for my vehicle although they said they would!! Did not keep communication. Case took close to 5 years for a Measly Puny Settlement & they charge/take the same amount as you... I do not feel they earned it! To top it off, I was sent someone else's settlement information, with all there info on it instead of mine at the end. I'm so lad I'm done with them. I will NEVER Ever recommend. You may have a better chance if you go elsewhere, I wish I did. Unprofessional. Just No!!!

My wife has been waiting 3yrs and 11 months to have her case settled and as of today it’s been settled but still no pay out. We had to pay medical bills out of pocket because they went into collections waiting on these people. If you want to be lied to, ignored and end up with medical bills in collections then this is the place to utilize. My wife has email communications saying she’ll receive the wire transfer on x date but still no deposit. She has sent them emails and no response. She’s also went months without hearing a word from them. The times she was able to talk to a person she was feed lies and given the run around by Molly and Emily. Go anywhere else except this place. I feel my wife’s pain because no one deserves to be treated as such.
