At first everything was good now what’s going on. Don’t know if they’re still in business. Have or had an open case and have not heard from anyone in months. No returned emails when I try to reach out. Call the number and the receptionist that answers the phone acts like she don’t know anything, gives me the run around and I swear it sounds as if she’s laughing while doing so.

Ok where do I start, I have not spoken to my supposed “attorney” Attorney Grant since February 2020 when I first went to his office for the initial consultation and to sign the paperwork for him and Georgia Trial Attorneys to represent me(bad start). My only communication was from Ariana Menij or Gabby which they updated me through email as the case progressed during the pandemic but not much was happening. They communicated back and forth “they” meaning Ariana in regards to depositions that got cancelled multiple times. Now fast forward to May 14 2021 I receive a call from Ariana that a settlement was reached and she needed to record my answer and sign my settlement release via email. I signed the document then 7 days later a notice from nationwide the opposing insurance company came in the mail informing me that they released the check to my attorney offices. No one from Georgia Trial Attorney called me to tell me they received the check I had to call and ask myself. Then the conversation was vague with Ariana like she didn’t want to tell me they had my money. Then she proceeds to tell me they are still working on reductions…it’s a month later now you have my settlement check which I still don’t have. I have left several messages with the answering service I’m assuming that is and I was told I could pick up my check today once Attorney Grant sends me the breakdown but still no response from him via phone or email in over a year and half. This is ridiculous; my financial situation since my accident in July 2019 then losing my job in March 2020 had been really hard but my own attorney who is suppose to have my best interest are withholding my money. I am beyond upset and the communication between the legal assistance and attorneys are horrible!!!

Do not deal with this law firm... They closed my case and never paid the bills... 3 years later I am still receiving bills that was supposed to be paid off and haven't... No my credit is damaged due to this fact..I have spoken to Billy Joyner and said that he was gonna take care of it and nothing has happened still bills are coming. Then I spoke to Colin Barron and he said that he was gonna take care of it but nothing has changed

A major reason why I hired this law group was because I suffered a concussion during my accident. I needed someone to advocate for me. Throughout a two year process of recovery and legal back and forth, I continued to be concerned about lasting damage from my concussion because I never started to feel "right" again. I continued to have headaches, sleep problems, and most of all, focus and memory issues. Unsurprisingly, theses symptoms were minimized by the auto insurance company, but they also were never taken seriously by the attorney assigned to my case. After nearly 3 years of suffering, I have been diagnosed with post-concussion disorder. There is medication to help with some of the symptoms, but it is very likely that I will never feel normal again. I will have to take medication and use other coping skills for the rest of my life. This was never factored into my settlement which just barely covered my monetary losses. I relied on the Haug Law Group to advocate for me when I couldn't do so myself. They let me down.

Collin Barron and Billy Joyner and a complete job. How can you call yourself a business law firm and you don't handle your business professionally... They received the settlement money and have not paid the hospital bills... Now I have over 5,000 in debt that's on my credit and they are not doing anything about it.

I’ve been through my fair share of vehicular accidents, attacks by ex-friends, wrongful evictions I mean you name it. I’ve had attorneys flat-out tell me “Dude...you have no case!!” Frustrated byThe fact that I’m a person who knows his rights. Most of have this inkling and are fully aware when an injustice takes place. That awareness in me is something what Saam never disregarded or considered a waste of his time. I am far from the easiest person to communicate with and I know that my personal challenges are the kind that cause most to run like hell!! But I’m serious when I say Saam Ghiaasiaan is one of Atlanta’s BEST lawyers because he has the bedside manor of what you’d expect from a prominent MD who knows your chances of survival are slim, but has the ability to inspire confidence in that explanation, and at the same time does not create false hope. Whatever your situation is, and if there is a shred of information that he can go on, trust me, Saam is going to work that angle until the results he expects begin to manifest. I fired four attorneys before finding Saam, and he provided EXACTLY what he said he would. Like I said he gives you the real and has a very convincing and respectable way of delivering it. Because my dealings have always and only been with Saam specifically, i apologize to his partner (Briceno) for not having anything to say about him. I was in an Uber accident, the Uber driver was at fault and the car was totaled. I had some back issues after the accident and went to a chiropractor for a few months. They were professional and true to their word, 5 star experience, it didn't cost me a penny and since they won my case like they said they would I even received a check when the case was closed for being in such a traumatic experience.

Wasn’t gonna leave this review but they asked me twice to leave one so here it is . This law firm was working on my case for almost a year I think . In that year I could never get anyone to answer the phone or to even return my calls after leaving numerous messages and texting them day after day. The first case worker ended up leaving for whatever reason and I was not notified until weeks later that they would be turning my case over to someone else . MONTHS later I was notified that someone ELSE would be handling my case so now we are on person number 3 and I have yet to talk to someone over the phone ,this is all thru text message . Very UNPROFESSIONAL! Finally Yenha , I believe that’s her name called me in to sign papers and she is the only good thing about this law firm! She was very professional and helpful and apologized for the past case workers. But if you ever have to talk to someone here , just show up at the office because despite the ladies sitting at the front desk when you walk in , you will never get an answered call or a call back.

I wouldn't use no other attorney but them for a workman's compensation case and I would like to get them to defend anyone I know who needs a good attorney ,they made my Employer get there priorities in tact and made me fell protected because my Employer acted like I was in the wrong but I wasn't, they kept drug screening me like I was in the wrong but I wasn't ,I got ran into by another lift driver while I was sitting on my lift. I received constant calls from Mr. Williams employee to convince me to allow Mr. Williams to represent me for a car accident that happened on 09/11/14. Well I gave in and in the very beginning I explained to Justin Williams that I was more interested in getting my car paid off. As, the young lady that hit me received citation and had to accept responsibility for the accident. As she made a left turn in front of me as I was going straight and my car was total. Which I had just bought that car about 6 mos. prior to that accident. Well Mr. Williams promised that he would get a check to cover the car. I even tired contacting the insurance company myself and was I advised that they could not speak to me in regards to the case because Mr. Justin Williams was representing me. Well, to fast forward to my complaint. Mr. Williams received a check for my bodily injury and had me sign for the check and stated he is working on getting the property damage claim done. Well that never happened. Once I signed for the bodily injury check I stop receiving calls from Mr. Williams and he dodged all of my calls thereafter. The car ended up on my credit report and I have been trying to rebuild my credit ever since. I had an excellent credit score prior to this accident. And, I was very clear when I advised Mr. Williams that the property damage claim was more important to me as I was wanted to increase my credit score not damage it. I tried to resolve that claim on my own since Mr. Williams was not returning my calls. But, again Angela Sangster from Geico refused to speak me as she kept saying I was being represented by an attorney. But, I guess the joke was on me as I was not being represented. Mr. Williams got what he wanted and that was money from my bodily injury claim and he was done with me. Threw me away like trash. !!!!!DO NOT USE THIS ATTORNEY HE DOES NOT CARE ABOUT HIS CLIENTS!!!! MAKE SURE YOU GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING!!!! MR. JUSTIN WILLIAMS I HOPE YOU HAVE A CONCONSCIENCE AND LEARN TO TREAT YOU CLIENTS RIGHT!!!!!!!

Justin WIlliams handled my personal injury case after I was involved in a bad car wreck on i-285. He was highly recommended by a friend, as someone who would actually listen to your story and take into account all of the aspects of the situation and events in order to ensure maximum compensation. I didn't want to go with an impersonal big billboard attorney like the one who was literally standing by my bed when I woke up after surgery at Grady Trauma Center, trying to get me to sign a contract before I even fully grasped were I was, or what had happened to me! After calling Justin, he waited until I was home from the hospital and drove to my house, 45 minutes away from his office, to meet and hear my story. As I recovered, Justin stayed in touch, checked in on my recovery, kept me posted regarding his progress and informed of what the next steps would be in getting an insurance settlement. When I found out how high my medical bills were, I only hoped there would be enough to cover most of it...but in the end I walked away with zero medical debt and a settlement check that covered my expenses while I recovered from my injuries. When the lawyers on the opposing team did not want to pay what I deserved after my accident, after having medical procedures, Shae stepped up and got me my settlement.
