Our house closing was finalized through this firm. Charles Mann was the associate that we handled this with. He was very informative, knowledgeable & friendly. The office has some historic stories attached to it ! ????????

My experience with this firm was beyond my expectation. The hospital tried piling a fast one after everything had been settle. I reached out to Ben and even though he was on vacation he responded. Took the opportunity by the horns and fought for me and my family! He wouldn’t stop till we were satisfied. And this was after our case had been closed! I had a real estate closing scheduled at 4:00 with Ben Windham’s office last month and could not believe the level of unprofessionalism shown. I called and warned them I would be running late but because it was a simple closing it literally took me 10 minutes tops to have everything on my part done. While I was signing I asked for the wire transfer confirmation (that I’m untitled too), at that point Michelle who is NOT an attorney rudely informed me that had I been on time that could have been done. She also proceeds to tell me that the banks could not process anything after 4( contradicting the fact that it was scheduled by them at 4). Wow! By the way the office says it closes at 5pm and I walked out 5 minutes after, had I not been cursed at by this glorified secretary she would have not stayed 5 minutes late. I have since left Mr. Windham two voice messages to rectify the situation with absolutely NO response. In closing I would never recommend using them unless you enjoy be belittled, called names and cursed at. This complete incident took place in front of the closing agent who did nothing to stop Michelle from her rampage, I also must be completely honest with the incident. Once I was yelled and reamed at, I absolutely did my fair share of trashing her back! Please share this message, this is not a company that should be supported by the community!!! I had to write a public review to get a response from Ben Windham’s office, that says enough for their business ethics. Furthermore the term “dispute” is an attorneys favorite word. Dispute it till your blue in the face, there were witnesses and if the closing attorney says different than you’ve been lied too. I did admit to telling Michelle all about herself (raising my voice and I did curse) only AFTER she showed her ????. I will not act as though it didn’t happen or sugarcoat what I responded to her with. My initial remark that got her rude behavior was “ do I get a wire transfer confirmation?” When told no I said “ I’m not a big fan of that idea”. At NO point did Michelle have any right to belittle, yell and curse at me the way she did!!!!!!!

Best decision I made! Most professional and they take care of you! I was in an accident. My car was totalled and sustained a knee injury from the accident. The person at fault's insurance decided that this was 50/50 liability and basically dropped all expenses on me. I called Jon and made an appointment. I got the awesome opportunity to meet his team. He and Valerie are wonderful. The best words that Jon said was "let me handle it" and he did. He knew what her insurance should pay and got it. Healing from surgery that ultimately incurred as a result of the accident was difficult but knowing that John and Valerie was handling all the legalities was a relief. I have and will continue to highly recommend this law firm! They are winners!!

We hired Stephen for a criminal defense case which really could have gone either way. I would have been 100% satisfied with the service he provided regardless of the outcome and I mean that with true sincerity. During our initial meeting, he clearly laid out all of the possible outcomes, pros and cons of the case, and was realistic with us. He did not try to scare you nor make it seem like we had the case and no worries. I appreciated how candid he was. Most importantly, his communication with us was superior. Any questions we had, he was quick to respond to email or phone calls, and never dodged us (until court time). I was able to send any info that I felt pertinent for him to review via email and he would always respond himself. I've never had to deal with a situation like this before, but I felt like his price point for his service was very reasonable and fair as well...and finally, he won the case :-) which of course is icing on the cake. But had we not won, I truly would have felt that he handled the case with a great deal of thought and care. Great guy! We will definitely be moving forward and hiring him for a much happier and positive reason here soon!

I had Emily Moore Represent my fiancé In court.Well let’s just say that was a waste of money thousand dollars later and nothing was done . we should’ve just kept the court appointed attorney. I feel like she didn’t do her job and also doesn’t really care about the people she’s representing . not only was she non-responsive , you have to leave a million messages with the rude clerk just for her to call you back. I do not recommend this place or wasting your money.

Final divorce hearing is tomorrow! Stephen Coxen has communicated thoroughly throughout my case. He's been so understanding and has had so much insight. When I went from wanting to go for my husband's throat to him and I amicably resolving a majority of the issues with our case, he understood and shifted gears with me, knowing that there was a time when my husband and I loved one another enough to marry and reproduce, and that it was nothing short of a miracle him and i could agree and compromise on even the complex issues. He supported my husband and I communicating and reaching agreements and compromising. He revised the documents over and over when I wanted phrasing changed or this word replaced with this word and was incredibly helpful in the fine tuning of the entire process. He gave me a heads up when my retainer was running low, when my financial situation did not support renewing the retainer, was 100% cooperative with my wanting this battle to end swiftly, whereas my husband's attorney never communicated and called for hearings that neither of us even asked for or even wanted (and also didn't appear for because we didn't want it) he helped me bring to light what the best possible outcome could be. If i had continued to go for my husband's throat, he would have bled with Mr. Coxen as my representation. Even with my husband and i amicably resolving so much, Mr. Coxen is still the one I credit for coming out as well through this as we have and i would recommend him to anyone in search of an attorney. I look forward to shaking his hand for a job very well executed as we walk out of the court room tomorrow.

MG Law delivers what the large TV firms promise but fall short on. I originally hired the big TV ad firm to handle my case. I was largely ignored and eventually released when I challenged their lack of responsiveness and work on my case. MG Law was responsive from day one and achieved results through evidence that the big TV firm never pursued. I was very happy with their service, responses and my results.

I was in a motorcycle wreck in June of last year. It was a no contact hit and run.. Basically they forced me off the road. I was taken to Atlanta Medical Center for a trauma alert. I was in there for roughly 6 hours and accrued a 50000 dollar bill. AMC put a lien against my uninsured motorist on my policy and tried to take the whole thing. Dan Chapmanand associates was able to step in. They worked hard. They were friendly and courteous. After about 6 months of hard work they were able to secure over half of my uim. Had I not contacted them I would received nothing. I appreciate them very much. I would suggest that anybody in a similar situation reach out to them. Thank you guys!

Dan’s team helped me for about 9 months with a case that was seemed like it would never end, but they handled it professionally and resolved it quicker than i would have ever thought. everyone was extremely formative and checked in with me often during the entire process. went out of their way on weekend days to bring me things that i needed. i’m glad i chose them, left me mostly stress free and able to continue my life while the accident was being resolved.

I chose Skibiel Law firm because the very first time I spoke with Mark Skibiel in regards to my worker's comp case, I felt at ease. After explaining my situation, answering my questions which were many, Mark Skibiel said "first we will focus on your medical, getting you well" I knew right then and there I made a good choice. Because at this firm the client is not just a case number, you become family. I received updates every week if not every other day on the status of my case. And then there is Ms. Michele , the Paralegal. Ms. Michele would call me out the blue to see how I'm doing. Many of these calls were filled with questions, tears, and vulnerable feelings on my part. On these days I could feel the virtual hug she would send to me...again I must say like family. Mark added Andrew Skibiel his son to the fold. ALWAYS very respectful and knowledgeable about my case. This young man found an error in my case involving the opposing party that made a world of difference in my case. Again I must mention the family atmosphere that Skibiel Law firm is about.
