Wish he could of helped more but was told it be a lost case with witnesses against my husband who was the driver when we got hit by a semi n it took out another vehicle as well which I had no clue there was even anybody else involved tell the next day or that there were witnesses until very many months later that was mentioned when we was told we not win the case cuz there was witnesses but in the police report there's the other part of the guy hit our car they say its my husband's fault nowhere in the police report was I mentioned in it as passanger or even there and I'm the one that left in the ambulance from the scene I don't see how witnesses on the other side of a vehicle the way it happened to see over that vehicle when the simi truck was turned pretty much in front of us n we would be in a blocking view from the angle that we ended up getting hitting n than told that my insurance company may not have a policy where I would maybe have to or not have to sue my husband as driver of his car n are insurance policy it some what puzzles me on it I'm going to take time and go over every little detail and get every document that I can for what they did not say or has not been said or documented and then see what I can do cuz its just not right at all n im going to every day go back to the sean n see how it is posable with people i know n go over n over replaying in slow motion how that is possible from their point of view and from our point of view and the other driver's point of view so I can figure out and see for myself on how it could be on the way each person has said things go back and have a attorney look over How that could be possible or how that is not possible with live document footage
