Lawyer was absent, 2 years fighting just for him to tell me he can't do anything. I ended up closing on our claim and he put a lien on my claim. He wanted me to get back surgery so we could raise the claim. After I didn't want to he broke contact and forced me to settle myself. I've never been in this situation and if it to leave me with a sour feeling was not enjoyable. I even had to pay hospital bills myself because he didn't want to do all the extra paperwork to get them paid before me. 0 Starz. Please don't waste your time and life here. Just got off the phone with one of the attorneys there. Spent about 10-15 minutes being lectured like I was some sort of idiot for thinking I might have a case. I was repeatedly interrupted and treated rather rudely.
